Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Das Haus liegt ruhig im Grünen und hat einen tollen Garten, den man sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht genießen kann. Wir konnten viel Spaß im Pool haben und mussten uns gleichzeitig nicht so sehr um unser Kind sorgen, da der Beckenrand schön hoch ist und es nicht allein hineinklettern oder fallen konnte. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und sehr geräumig. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten Autofahrt und es sind auch ansonsten viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Fabio, der Manager, und auch die Besitzer selbst waren sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle, als wir einmal Hilfe benötigten. Danke! :-)

Mariella e Marco sono gentili, accoglienti e discreti allo stesso tempo. La casa è a fronte spiaggia, sul lungomare ma il verde che la separa dalla strada la rende tranquilla. Il giardino con varie piante e fiori è molto curato e godibile, come la piscina. Appartamento piccolo ma ideale per una coppia, arredato con gusto. Bellissimo poter mangiare in terrazzo, da cui si intravede il mare.

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura per lavoro. Al mio arrivo mi hanno comunicato che avrei usufruito di un upgrade gratuito e mi è stata assegnata una stanza con vista mare. Tutto perfetto.

Posizione ideale, a pochi passi dal mare e vicina a tutti i servizi. La villa è spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La piscina è fantastica, con un'area prendisole ampia e ben attrezzata. Marta è stata gentilissima e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente! 5/5⭐️

Esperienza fantastica! Susy e Stafano sono stati sin dai primi contatti molto accoglienti e disponibili. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort. Asciugamani e lenzuola pulite e profumate, complimenti! La posizione dell’appartamento è centrale, vicina al canale, negozi e ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato che ci ha consentito di non utilizzare l’auto. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie di cuore Stefano e Susy! Non mancheremo di ritornare nuovamente

My son and I enjoyed a great stay at Francesco's place. Our host went out of his way to be helpful. Effective air conditioning, comfortable bed plus sofa, stacks of hot water from the shower. Kitchen well provided with utensils, induction hob, milk in fridge, biscuits, coffee, sugar and cafetiere. Two televisions. Delightful outlook onto boats at the port. Major supermarket and restaurants all nearby. 11 minute walk to the seafront. For a small group of 1-3 people, this accommodation is hard to beat.

Silvia e Paolo sono stati host gentilissimi e accoglienti. Causa traffico siamo arrivati più tardi dell'orario concordato e Silvia, super disponibile, ci ha accolto con il sorriso! La casa è accogliente, ti fa davvero sentire a casa, è pulitissa e non manca niente. È anche molto fresca, il ché in estate è sicuramente un plus! Il nostro weekend a Cattolica è stato perfetto. Consiglio la dimora dei bagnanti a tutti, per noi è stata una magnifica esperienza e di sicuro torneremo! :)

Прекрасный дом с двумя большими террасами, грилем и большим столом на улице. В доме есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. В жаркую погоду очень помогает кондиционер, он стоит на кухне, но охлаждает весь дом. Квартира рядом с морем и недалеко от хороших ресторанов. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!)

Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Giulias Idyllischen Haus. Alles notwendige war vor Ort und so wie beschrieben. Der Fußnahe Stand hat uns persönlich nicht sonderlich gut gefallen aber ein paar Kilometer weiter gab es schönere Strände. Im großen und ganzen hat es uns gut gefallen und wir werden sicher eines Tages wiederkommen.

We would come back here in a heartbeat. A beautiful little house, stylish decor, thoughtful fixtures and fittings. It’s in a lovely area, maybe the best in Rimini. The local taxi driver who dropped us there certainly thought so. A few moments walk to interesting historical sites and bars and restaurants. Cristiana was the perfect host, sending recommendations for restaurants and bars, which were much appreciated. Great communication beforehand too, timely messages about arrival procedure. Our stay here was perfect, highly recommend!
