Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

A really nice place, we were able to enjoy our stay very much. The house is quietly located in the countryside and has a great garden that you can enjoy both day and night. We were able to have a lot of fun in the pool and at the same time did not have to worry so much about our child, as the pool edge is nice and high and could not climb or fall alone. The house is tastefully designed and very spacious. It's only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and there are also many other places to go nearby. Fabio, the manager, and also the owners themselves were very friendly and immediately on hand when we needed help. Thanks! :-)

Mariella and Marco are kind, welcoming and discreet at the same time. The house is in front of the beach, on the waterfront but the greenery that separates it from the street makes it quiet. The garden with various plants and flowers is very well maintained and enjoyable, as is the pool. Small but ideal apartment for a couple, tastefully furnished. It's wonderful to be able to eat on the terrace, from which you can see the sea.

I stayed at the property for work. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I would receive a free upgrade and I was assigned a room with a sea view. Everything was perfect.

Ideal location, a few steps from the sea and close to all services. The villa is spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The pool is fantastic, with a large and well-equipped sunbathing area. Marta was very kind and always ready to meet our every need. We will definitely be back! 5/5⭐️

Clean and fragrant towels and linen, congratulations! The location of the apartment is central, close to the canal, shops and restaurants within walking distance. My son and I enjoyed a great stay at Francesco's place. Our host went out of his way to be helpful. Effective air conditioning, comfortable bed plus sofa, stacks of hot water from the shower. Kitchen well provided with utensils, induction hob, milk in fridge, biscuits, coffee, sugar and cafetiere. Two televisions. Delightful outlook onto boats at the port. Major supermarket and restaurants all nearby. 11 minute walk to the seafront. For a small group of 1-3 people, this accommodation is hard to beat.

Silvia and Paolo were very kind and welcoming hosts. Due to traffic, we arrived later than the agreed time and Silvia, super helpful, welcomed us with a smile! The house is cosy, it really makes you feel at home, it is clean and nothing is missing. It is also very cool, which in summer is definitely a plus! Our weekend in Cattolica was perfect. I recommend the dimora dei bagnanti to everyone, it was a wonderful experience for us and we will definitely be back! :)

Lovely house with two large decks, a grill and a large outdoor table. House has everything you need for comfort of stay. In hot weather, the air conditioner helps a lot, it is in the kitchen, but cools the whole house. The apartment is next to the sea and close to nice restaurants. We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Giulia's idyllic house. Everything necessary was on site and as described. We personally did not like the walking distance very much, but a few kilometers further there were more beautiful beaches. Overall, we enjoyed it and we will definitely come back one day.

We would come back here in a heartbeat. A beautiful little house, stylish decor, thoughtful fixtures and fittings. It’s in a lovely area, maybe the best in Rimini. The local taxi driver who dropped us there certainly thought so. A few moments walk to interesting historical sites and bars and restaurants. Cristiana was the perfect host, sending recommendations for restaurants and bars, which were much appreciated. Great communication beforehand too, timely messages about arrival procedure. Our stay here was perfect, highly recommend!
