Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

A really nice place, we were able to enjoy our stay very much. The house is quietly located in the countryside and has a great garden that you can enjoy both day and night. We were able to have a lot of fun in the pool and at the same time did not have to worry so much about our child, as the pool edge is nice and high and could not climb or fall alone. The house is tastefully designed and very spacious. It's only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and there are also many other places to go nearby. Fabio, the manager, and also the owners themselves were very friendly and immediately on hand when we needed help. Thanks! :-)

Mariella and Marco are kind, welcoming and discreet at the same time. The house is in front of the beach, on the waterfront but the greenery that separates it from the street makes it quiet. The garden with various plants and flowers is very well maintained and enjoyable, as is the pool. Small but ideal apartment for a couple, tastefully furnished. It's wonderful to be able to eat on the terrace, from which you can see the sea.

I stayed at the property for work. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I would receive a free upgrade and I was assigned a room with a sea view. Everything was perfect.

Ideal location, a few steps from the sea and close to all services. The villa is spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The pool is fantastic, with a large and well-equipped sunbathing area. Marta was very kind and always ready to meet our every need. We will definitely be back! 5/5⭐️

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very available. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

You can't compete with the location of this apartment. In the middle of everything, within walking distance, 20 restaurants in less than 200m. Unbeatable. Obviously, this means that reaching it by car is complicated, because it is in the middle of the pedestrian area, the nearest parking lot is 50m away. The apartment is well cared for, very clean, the living area is spacious even if not very bright, the rooms and mattresses are comfortable, the terrace is spectacular - small, private, really a gem!! Fast internet, air conditioning everywhere, and the value for money left us very happy with the choice of Debora's apartment. Highly recommended.

The house was nothing short of fantastic! In the house, everything is studied with precision and in the smallest detail, 1 min walk from the centre of Cattolica with all the comforts and restaurants/beaches. Stefano is a fantastic host, super helpful and welcomed us in the best possible way! We will definitely return to Cattolica and stay here! Thank you for having us!

2 couples for Rimini wellness, house 3 km away reachable by scooter/bike, very convenient, well-maintained accommodation, kitchen equipped with everything and spacious, dining room with a nice table for 6/8 people and TV, large bathroom with shower, double bedroom with walk-in closet, very comfortable bed, second room with sofa/bed and TV. Roberto is a friendly and patient host, we all had a really good time and were comfortable, if we were to go to Rimini again I hope the support is available, a guarantee. Thank you Roberto

Wonderful vacation as was also the house and its magnificent garden. We stayed a few days and we didn't want to leave anymore because we felt at home but with the difference being close to the sea and the countryside. Antonella and her husband ( The owners of the house ) are very kind and very helpful people.As soon as we arrived we had a beautiful welcome and immediately felt comfortable. Our dogs with that immense and beautiful garden had a lot of fun. Our kids on the nearby beaches made friends because it was full of children and amenities like beach games. If there was the possibility of giving the listing 10 stars, we would have given them all 10. PS. THE HOUSE IS MUCH NICER LIVE THAN THE PHOTOS ON THE SITE!! We recommend everyone to live this beautiful experience!!

We felt very comfortable in Monika and Christoph's beautiful apartment! Decorated with love, lots of space and extremely clean! Super location right next to the beautiful old town and a free parking space. Communication was perfect, Monika and Christoph always available and extremely friendly. We were two for a week in this fantastic accommodation and were very enthusiastic. With a lot of attention to detail, you immediately feel at home. Everything was very clean and super equipped. The outdoor area is also private and spacious. We felt completely comfortable here. The host Giovanni welcomed us warmly, was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. He was always available and ready to answer any questions. We were greeted directly at the train station and escorted back to the train station on the day of departure. Everything was perfect and we would definitely choose this accommodation again!
