Great place , if you come to Playa del Carmen it's a great option

Hi the place was in a great location and the host was always friendly.

I definitely recommend the place, the stay was perfect, there are shopping malls nearby and this is 15 min from Playa del Carmen, I would go back again!

The house is spacious for a large family (my family was 10 adults and 1 child). Clean well, furniture well. The location is excellent because everything is close by. There is enough parking. We used the washer and dryer once and if they worked very well. The pool we did not use it although if we visited it and the neighbors told us they had to give us a card to have access. Communication with Adin and Leticia was minimal but assertive. If I had the opportunity to book the same place, I would, although I could look for more options within the area.

Elsa was an amazing host! we spent 7 days there and they change the sheets and towels every 3 days which was nice. the room we rented wasn't available so Elsa ensured to put us in a unit with equal or more value which was amazing! the unit is walking distance to numerous beaches, tourist attractions but also local spots depending on what you want. will stay here in the future!

Caro and Anita were responsive to requests and their place was just what my wife and I were looking for which is peaceful a relatively short distance away from the city of San Miguel. Definitely recommend staying at their place, thanks again Caro and Anita!

Brand new unit in a brand new building, so it was sparkling clean. Comfy bed, rain shower, well stocked kitchen (I really appreciated having little extras like storage containers and sharp knives!) Reliable and fast internet. Nice balcony overlooking some dense woods; a great place to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the birds. Or go up to the roof to watch the sun rise. Beautiful pool up there, as well as a laundry room. The small gym and BBQ area on the roof weren't completed during my stay. The only negative about the apartment is that it is located in the building so that there is very little natural light during the day. Always had to have the lights on. The location is close to the action (about a 5 minute walk to the main square/pier) and grocery store, restaurants, bars and taxis, but far enough away to be quiet in the evening. Andres was a great host and I would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

Great place to stay! A great option to stay in Cancun

Antonio‘s house was absolutely wonderful and everything we hoped for. The outdoor living space is phenomenal and where we spent all of our time when at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and if there was anything that we needed, we were provided it after asking. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom, a bonus when traveling with other people. If Antonio offers for you to visit his glamping facility and take the jungle tour, take him up on it! It was one of our favorite parts of the trip. A couple things we were unaware of the pleasantly surprised by: - The house comes along with a housekeeper that stays a minimum of two hours per day. She is incredibly sweet and will assist with anything you may need, whether it be dishes, laundry, cooking etc. - The house itself is in a gated community. Shame on us for not researching the area so we were quite surprised, but also ended up having a really fabulous time with so much going on around us. There were tons of restaurants, a beautiful beach, great areas to walk around, and lots of close towns to visit. We did not rent a car so so we ended up renting a golf cart to get around Puerto Aventuras. This worked out fabulous and just provided an extra element of fun for the trip. All of the locals seem to be taking Covid extremely serious. That was a bonus for us and much appreciated when visiting different areas. Thank you Antonio and Ayda!

Lovely space, clean, lots of room, walking distance to everything, close to the beach.

Loved it! First reaction: OMG! Very clean, king bed and comfortable pillows. View: double-WOW! The condo is facing the pool (lit in the evening) and the sea! Probably the best positioned in the complex! When we look properly at the details, we see that it lacks finish, the paint, the very worn kitchen sinks... but it was the last of my worries! The only downside is that there seemed to be a non-breathing mattress cover, I was sweating during the night, as if I was sleeping on plastic. However, the condo temperature was very comfortable. The shower was very clean, all marble, pressure and hot water. Multiple levels of lighting in the condo for atmosphere. I asked to arrive earlier but not possible, couldn't go to the pool with my suitcase. Gave me access to the Ocean Dream Beach club while waiting 10 min. Ultra fast response. The restaurant opens at 8am and no coffee nearby. Wood-fired pizza and suzette crepes!

Immaculate apartment. Close to everything but quiet enough. Nice touches from the host.
