Monthly Rentals in Riverside

A beautiful, sparkling clean environment! Wilma was friendly, accommodating, and quickly responsive with communications. We had a lovely stay, and highly recommend this quiet and charming getaway! Thank you for a wonderful visit :)

Launa was extremely accommodating while I had to stay in the area while my dad was in the hospital. She allowed me to check in early to drop off my pup and get to the ICU asap. I may use again if I need to come back.

The place felt very clean exactly what the pictures look like. Just know that you walk through the living room through the bedroom to get to the kitchen and bathroom. Which worked out fine because our teenager stayed in the front living room so she was happy. We didn’t have to walk through her room to get to the Kitchen lol.

Simple Airbnb but incredibly thoughtfully set up for guests. The kitchen was better stocked than most Airbnb kitchens (including for far more expensive places in Danville), with all manner of utensils and pots and pans for serious cooks - even organic olive oil and fully stocked teas and spices! My (usually very picky) mother-in-law was adamant that we call out how well-appointed everything was. The bathroom had good-quality shampoo, beds were soft and comfortable, towels were Oeko-Tex (which we appreciated), there were extra blankets, a shoe rack to store boots coming in from the driveway…lots of little details that showed how much Jenni not only knew how to live in a house, but cared about people staying in her place.
