Holiday rentals with a patio in Riverside, Austin

Me and my partner really liked staying here! The apartment was a little smaller than I anticipated, but it was quiet and pretty close to downtown Austin. The host was very responsive and even offered us an upgrade. I recommend this to anybody visiting Ausitn!

Had a great stay! Beds were clean, enough space for 2. Great location, walkable to a lot of great things in East Austin.

Couldn’t ask for a better host or a better pace to stay!! Will definitely recommend to others & we look forward to returning soon!!

Tom’s place was perfect for our stay - great terrace area, quiet and perfectly located for biking around Austin.

Mahshid was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, spacious, and a very short drive to some popular attractions like “The Broken Spoke”, “The High Ball”, and “Barton Springs”.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Highly recommend staying at Kay's place. The only downside was the street noise was a bit loud for the bedroom facing the road.

If you are looking for a nice,clean,quiet place to call home while in Austin then look no further. Andy and Lisa were great hosts who made sure to provide all the amenities as promised. They were responsive to messages and the apt was very clean. Bonus was that the city bus picked at the end of the first major street and the apt is within walking distance of some great food trucks. Had such a great stay! This home was perfect for a one night stay. Enjoyed it and my dogs loved the back yard! Highly recommend.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The location is ideal, conventionally close to downtown and the highway which made it easy to get everywhere. The place was spotless. The big, comfy couch and the backyard were a standout. We slept so wonderfully the comfortable bed! You can tell Gina put real care into making this place feel like home. Would absolutely stay here again.

INCREDIBLE! What a beautiful home and stay. I was visiting my son who attends UT and I wanted something close enough to campus while being able to have a peaceful spot to make homemade meals and do laundry and just relax. Kate's home was even better than the photos - the plants and decor and overall vibe are welcoming in a way that makes you feel right at home the second you step in. Staci, the co-host, is an excellent communicator and super friendly. I plan to use this as my landing spot in ATX from now on!

Ashlan’s home felt just like home for my family. It was located in a peaceful neighborhood with great walking trails and playgrounds for children. The house is not far from Downtown or the airport. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Austin.

We had a relaxing girls weekend and loved the little gym area. Everything was so great and will definitely book again when i come back down to Manor.

This was a 10 out 10 experience. Peace and quiet, rest and relaxation, and world class hospitality all rolled up in to one when it comes to Bill and Rita’s home. Two great hosts! Can’t wait to stay at Arete Stay again in the future.

Went to the Bésame Mucho event and it was a great location, also the airport is close! Angela is super nice, the home is beautiful!

Stayed in town for a concert and normally would go out afterwards, but the house was so cute we decided just to hang out there for the evening! It was comfortable, well-decorated, spacious enough for the four of us and the backyard pool was an added bonus. Would definitely rebook again! Thank you!

Beautiful place if you’re in Austin visiting this is a great location lots of restaurants and nightlife.

Himesh was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The place is great, clean and quiet with lots of restaurants nearby and easy walkability to downtown Austin/Congress Ave as well as Lady Bird Lake trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to any friends travelling to Austin in the future!

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.
