We loved staying here! The location is perfect- so close to the city and all the places we wanted to go to. The place was clean and had all the amenities we wanted (even a pack and play for our child which was a bonus). Jeany was a lovely host and we would happily stay there again if we visit Austin again. Recommend!

Really great place. Very quiet and private on a really quiet road yet close to downtown and East Austin. Really enjoyed the location. Mike was a great host. Very responsive. I would highly recommend and will probably be back!

Matthew's place was a perfect place for me to end my days exploring Austin! He and Mayra were very responsive to my questions and friendly when I saw them in person!

What an absolute gem of a place! I loved the artsy decor, and the little touches that made the place extra fun. Chair swing! Gorgeous tiled shower. And the lake/boardwalk just a 10 minute walk away made it perfect. I loved my stay and would return in a second!

I stayed for 2 months and the apartment was just perfect for what I needed. It is not an apartment to go work in, it is a home to come back to rest and warm your heart after walking, biking, playing volleyball and working in the cafes around downtown. You really feel like in a lux tree house. Amy and Nick were always willing to help and answer any questions. The place is silent, a healthy family environment. For an adventurous person, it is perfect🙏🏼🙏🏼.It is spacious and is a little bigger than what I expected from looking at the pictures. I will definitely be back. Also: kitchen perfectly equipped, cozy living room, comfy bed and pillows, and the lighting is so warm too. 🫀🫀.

This is the perfect spot to stay in Austin!! It was close enough to any of the things we wanted to do (not any traffic to get around!) but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was so relaxing (and no fights for parking which is a plus!!!) Everything was perfect in the house and we felt right at home! Spacious and cozy for when we just wanted to be lazy and hangout inside from the heat. Steph was super responsive and helpful!! Would 1,000% stay again if in the Austin area!

If you are looking for a private, clean, relaxing space this is it! Ryan and Roxie were great hosts with a beautiful home. Super easy to find and get into, they had double ply toilet paper and a comfortable bed. Very bright and uniquely decorated. They had the best breakfast about a 6 min walk from rental space that was banging (Bird Bird Biscuit). Highly recommend their space for a fun relaxing way to enjoy Austin. We will definitely be back next time we are in Austin.

Eric was a great host and had so many thoughtful touches to his home. Close to UT & downtown, with plenty of available parking options in front of the guest house. Would stay again in the future!

What a lovely little guest house! Joe's place was perfect for my brief visit to Austin. It was super clean, quiet, and walkable to some of my favorite spots south of downtown. I would absolutely stay here again, if he'd have me!

Johnah's place was perfect for our quick stay, had everything we needed. It was cool and quiet. Looked just like photo's and the bathroom was beautiful! I'd definitely stay here again.

Rita’s place is close to my Shady Hollow family… very convenient. I’ve stayed there a couple of times and it will always be my first choice for future stays.

We really enjoyed Alison's tiny house! It was cozy and private. The space was well-laid-out, comfortable even though small, and the tall ceiling and skylights gave us a beautiful view every time we looked up! One day during our stay a storm rolled in, and we loved watching the trees above the little house wave back and forth in the wind. There were nice kitchen touches, including good coffee-making supplies. Excellent shower, too! At one point we thought we heard a cat meowing, and after contacting Alison she sent someone right over to check underneath the deck and free a kitten that had gotten trapped. I would highly recommend this AirBnB. I hope to go back sometime!

If you are looking for the perfect little place to stay in Austin THIS is it! Super friendly host and safe, quiet, spotless house with an exciting design. Location was perfect for everything we needed to do. Would definitely return again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The highlight being spending time in the beautiful lap pool. Our instructions to access the place were clear and we had everything we needed. There was a great place to get coffee and breakfast right around the corner and we walked to dinner and events in downtown Austin. I would absolutely recommend this place to other travelers.

We stayed for a couple days, host were very responsive, great great location, private, place was VERY spacious and no clutter, bathroom features were nice, quite neighborhood and felt safe, no issues finding street parking (and the spot in front of the house was always open during our 4 days). I thought the AC over the bed would be an issue since I'm a light sleeper and hate fans but if u adjust the oscillating ft it's not an issue at all! I will say the steps are steep (noted prior to booking) which may be an issue if u have bad knees or use the bathroom frequently, however the couch has a pull out bed I think and the place is roomy. Overall would stay again!

Camilo’s place is just as it appears in the photos, super cute and very comfortable. His instructions were great and the description is accurate. The neighborhood is quiet and has a great park nearby. Camilo’s a great host (awesome communication!), and I would definitely stay here again.

This stay hit all the marks. It’s in a great location with quick access to everything we wanted to do while also providing the peace and privacy you rarely get this close to Austin. We always felt welcomed coming/going by the hosts and hope to stay again in the future.

Portoro’s place was a perfect choice for our little staycation - great location in proximity to Barton Springs Pool and paddle boarding on Lady Bird Lake; hike & bike trails; and no shortage of options for foodies. The home was clean and had everything we needed. A HUGE plus that we appreciated was our own private COVERED parking spot (temps were in the mid-90s). Easy check-in, easy check-out. We’d stay again!

If you can get over the fact that the alley way where you park has some dumpsters, the location itself is awesome in terms of being less than a quarter of a block to one of the most attractive places we encountered in Austin for eating, walking nightlife etc. The apartment itself was very quiet, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. One of the big highlights of our 40 day road trip, was being able to walk in 20 minutes down South Congress to the bridge at dusk to observe with many others when the million+ bats that live under the bridge took flight.

Had a wonderful stay here in Austin - will definitely be coming back!
