Holiday rentals with a patio in Austin

Shawn’s place was a great place for what we needed it for. A last minute stay for a short visit. It was clean and safe. The only thing is that it is not mentioned that the space is not very private. You share a (locked) door with another unit and the walls are very thin because you can hear almost every conversation in the other unit. But it didn’t ruin the trip by any means and it was tolerable especially because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall we were satisfied, just wanted to give other potential future guests an accurate expectation.

We really enjoyed staying at Joseph’s place! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more in it! Would highly recommend to anyone!

This listing has everything you need in a convenient location just a stone’s throw from the city. Check in was seamless and communication with the host was always swift and helpful! The kitchen is stacked very well for short stays, and the neighbourhood itself is quiet with good bedding and enough space for a couple to reside very comfortably! Also very reasonably priced, even during SXSW. Would recommend

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Great host, very easy to get ahold of. Location is amazing, right in the heart of the Domain shopping area. Would stay there again for sure.

Lisa's place was perfect for our stay. Close to all the attractions while quiet and peaceful. Having easy parking was also very convenient.

The stay was great Jordan gave me a lot of recommendations to spot around the area. He was a great host the location was in the middle of everything and the air bnb was in a quiet area would come back again

This is our second time here and the area and apartment are just right with a country, cozy feel and helps you relax and kick back. Rick is very accommodating and tried to help us out as best he could when things just couldn't be helped with the cold weather and other mishaps. But we got a good night's sleep and the chirping birds still greeted us in the morning. Highly recommend!

Excellent location for our stay in Austin. Close to great parks,food and drink, and the highway. Host was very responsive when we had a few minor issues.

Irene is an incredible host, who made sure we had everything we needed, and even a little of what we wanted, (like a coloring book for my son, so sweet!). The house fit our needs perfectly as a great place to relax and wind down while in town for the Rodeo and stock-show. We would definitely book again!

I choose the place because of it's proximity to my son's house and wasn't really focussed on the details when I booked it. I was in for a pleasant surprise. The place is a newly built, well furnished and stocked freestanding home with a large private outdoor area. Bill was super nice and helpful. I will definitely check if their place is available the next time I visit Austin!

We stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Great communication and loved the house. The house is very beautiful and the area was so peaceful.

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

We wanted a quiet home to stay in for a few days and were pleased to find the Cozy Oasis. For the same total price for a 3 night stay in a king room at the best local hotel, we had a spacious 3 bed, 2 bath home, with full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, hot tub, massage chair, and gym equipment. (There's also a pool for use in warmer weather) It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive away from anywhere in town you want to go! Very clean, neat and tidy. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bath was provided- we felt right at home! Beds and sofas were very comfortable, too! Laura communicated clearly and regularly before and throughout the entire stay, updating us on check in and out proceedures and making herself available to us if we had any concerns. (Which we didn't because everything was great! ) We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to stay here again next time we are in town.

Having rented many Airbnb's over the years, Molly is by far one of the best I have ever encountered! Great communicator, quick responses, friendly and always willing to help and provide suggestion. Can't say enough about her and her place!

Loved this stay @ Nativvo. The extras were so welcoming and kind!! I arrived late at night…so oatmeal was a nice late night snack! Sunscreen…makeup removers and plenty of choices for coffee were a wonderful touch. Highly recommend and would def stay again!!

I have stayed in 100s of airbnbs across the globe. Erin’s place is flawless. Close enough to walk to Austin, a BEAUTIFUL riverfront path for jogging or walking, nearby paddle boarding, but also walkable for things like restaurants, UPS, Walgreens etc. It’s a short drive to the Alamo if you’re a movie fan, fifteen minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown by uber. Forty minute walk to the bat cave. Plus the place is clean. Cozy. Quiet. The washer and dryer for clothes were so helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredibly sharp knives. Nest thermostat for weather control, ceiling fans if you prefer a breeze. In addition Erin is an absolute sweetheart, available for any possible question and very sweet throughout our entire two week stay. 10/10 Will return.

i loved staying here and I will be keeping this spot saved in my list. also canton tacos- only a 7 minutes walk to arbor food truck. AMAZING TACOS. their Thai food is great aswell. the place was amazing, the host was amazing. overall 10/10

Checking in process was very easy , loved the view ; the rooftop pool was very beautiful. We had no issues in our stay .

I drove in from Houston to stay here for SXSW EDU. For the price, the value of Himesh's spot is pretty unbeatable. The area is much calmer than downtown but was easily walkable to and from there, great access to Lady Bird Lake trail as well. I appreciated the room to work at the table in the kitchen as well as the outdoor balcony. The building was nice and valet was easy. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quick stay somewhere close but not inside downtown.

The place was a great deal. Nice view and great and efficient space all together. The building is nice. Has many amenities and quiet for the most part. The sheets need to be replaced. You could tell they are old. Otherwise the stay was perfect and they were very accommodating. My stay was stress free, which I needed because I was there to take the bar exam. Overall We would stay again!!

The condo was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous. It was overlooking lake Travis, which you could see from the windows. The natural light was amazing. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, just a nice change of pace from everyday life. Wendy was very sweet and responsive, and helpful and a great hostess. I definitely recommend.
