Great place and within walking distance to a lot of great coffee spots and restaurants. And a very short drive from downtown!

Barbara's place was clean and a beautiful community. Captain Pete's Boathouse was a great place to walk to for eating.

The property was great. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Had some bad weather and didnt get to BBQ outside, but feel that would have also been enjoyable in the courtyard area. Great mini vacation spot.

Great location with river view and helpful reception. Olivia’s apt is with quality and design, well kept. We loved very nearby food street, and a short Uber ride to downtown Austin. Olivia was very accommodating and allowed early check in. Very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Syndey was a great host and extremely responsive and supportive. House was perfect for 2 families for a weekend. Great supplies from towels to coffee to appliances and detergents. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed here for my fitness competition, and it was the perfect spot! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything sorted out quickly. The hot tub and backyard area were a great bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Would definitely stay here again!

I think this might be one of my favourite Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. I was on a busy work trip so didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the property but it made the time I did get to unwind feel like home. I’ve never had an Airbnb equipped with so many amenities (normally I find I have to bring a lot of my own), toiletries, washing detergent, coffee, ice and basic condiments and a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Also they had yoga mats which was a wonderful surprise. The memory foam bed in was also the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Lovely quiet area close to loads of great spots to eat and drink really close by and only a 15-20 min walk to downtown. Caroline was great with communication and always responded and also let us leave our luggage for a bit after check out. Definitely not a party house but if you want somewhere cosy, clean and homely for your stay in Austin, this is the place! I would highly recommend to anyone.

This place was a perfect place to stay for a small family. It is in a great neighborhood walking distance to a park/playground/community pool, and convenient to Leander. JoAnn was great to communicate with and made many aspects of our stay convenient.

Kate has a wonderful home and is a great host. We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in the door and looked out on that beautiful deck and backyard. The house is set up comfortably and completely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for a three-week stay. Kate communicated with us to see if there was anything we needed. The home is private and we especially loved all of the deer walking around the golf course, our backyard, and the town. Thank you, Kate, for sharing your home with us for a lovely stay.

Amazing stay! The interior and lake view are even better than the photos! Direct access to the lake, very charming and welcoming!

This is the perfect spot to stay for some lake time. The neighborhood is private and quiet, peaceful and serene. Sunsets at the lake and watching the deer were the highlights. I won’t comment on the quality of my golf game, but the local golf course is affordable and a great challenge. Can’t recommend this spot enough.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay at Debra's place. It's conveniently located, the rooms are lovely and super comfortable, and we truly felt right at home. It had everything we needed - pots & pans, coffee maker, etc. We loved it! We'll be moving to Austin soon so this was a wonderful place to explore from. Hopefully we'll get a chance to stay again.

Such a wonderful getaway! Felt like we were in Italy. Patio was amazing! We enjoyed eating dinner and breakfast on the patio and enjoying the scenery and feeding the deer. It was everything we needed! Looking forward to returning!

We had such a great time. The area is so peaceful. The place was very clean, quiet. We loved watching the golfers and there were many as there was a tournament. The area is very quiet tranquil and great place to walk. Beds were super comfortable. There is great activities just a few minutes away. There is a nice restaurant just a few miles away on the water. We can't wait to come back to Point Venture. Highly recommend.

My husband and I came to celebrate Valentines and they had the bed decorated with hearts of flower petals so nice! We loved the place and the hot tub was amazing since the weather was cool, the views are relaxing and beautiful! 10/10 recommend! Can’t wait to come back !
