Great place to stay near downtowns the university.

It was a great listing! NoCo was very quick to respond and was very helpful. I was provided with an easy check in and check out. Would book here again!

The property was great. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Had some bad weather and didnt get to BBQ outside, but feel that would have also been enjoyable in the courtyard area. Great mini vacation spot.

We loved our stay at Kenieshiear's place! She was so responsive, and the place was as advertised. We had an issue with the noise of other neighbors outside of the quiet hours, and after we mentioned it to Kenieshiear, she made sure she would solve any issues in the future. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and all of us (including our pup) felt right at home :)

The apartment was pristine and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the special touches like cocktail set, amazing coffee maker (the first Airbnb I've stayed in that I didn't have to buy coffee for!), sunscreen and toiletries. The host was proactively communicative and provided not only clear instructions but helpful local suggestions. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and fully stocked. The location of the apartment is in a walkable area of downtown Austin and looks out over Town Lake, with easy access to the hike & bike. We also enjoyed the coffee bar/drink bar that is in the lobby. The rooftop pool was a great option for a hot day. Highly recommend this apartment!

Sarah’s place is great and in a perfect location. The comms were amazing which led to a seamless process which made things very easy. Place was immaculate, and has all the essentials for a short or a long stay. I would highly recommend this host and stay to anyone looking to enjoy their first trip to Austin (like I did) or returning!

We didn’t leave the house at all during our entire 3 night stay! Sydney’s house had everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway. From kitchen tools to the extra touches of the baby monitor and the pack n play for families with kids, everything was so thoughtful! Towels galore as well! Sydney was also super responsive to any questions we had. Overall, 10/10 we would go back!

Lisa’s home was an absolute dream! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for a fabulous weekend. The location could not get any better! We walked to Barton Springs every day, walked to Eberly (great restaurant recommendation from Lisa!) and walked nearby trails. I highly recommend this beautiful place and we can’t wait to return for our next family adventure!

This spacious 5-bedroom home was ideal for our family getaway. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen flowed into the upstairs living room, providing ample space to hang out while some prepared food while others sat and talked. The unique lazy Susan in the breakfast area was a bonus. Owner Mike was very communicative and answered all our questions. Though it’s far from central Austin, it offers a relaxed and serene atmosphere.

Great experience with ray and the house. Ray communicated very well and texted several times throughout the stay to make sure we were enjoying it. We will definitely be booking with him again.

Nichole's place is very comfortable and cozy. We loved the bathtub and all the windows. The kitchenette is brand new and set up well. Cold AC / Heater. It was raining when we were in town and we needed the heat in the morning. Nichole was very easy to communicate with and responsive to email and texts. We had a lovely stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this charming Airbnb in Lago Vista, drawn by its seclusion and proximity to the serene lake. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the beautifully decorated home, which was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including items for individuals with disabilities—showcasing the host's commitment to inclusivity. The spacious bathroom and comfortable beds enhanced our enjoyment. We loved taking in the breathtaking views of all the beautiful trees from the large back windows that opened to a stunning outdoor space. Grilling on the user-friendly grill while enjoying meals at the table under the stars was a highlight of our evenings. The standout feature was the huge hot tub, perfect for relaxation and unwinding as a family after a day of exploration. We appreciated access to a well-equipped gym where we met friendly neighbors who shared great local tips. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we highly recommended this peaceful retreat!!

We were a group of friends visiting Austin but also looking for a place that is a lake getaway. This was the right pick for us. It was a peaceful tree house on the lake. The host was very communicative and courteous. We checked in past mid night but was able to check in with no issue.

This is a hidden gem. So relaxing. We did not leave the property. Swimming pools are perfect. The on site restaurant has excellent food. The condo was spotless and had so many little special touches, snacks and cold waters in the fridge. Best hospitality ever. We will be back for sure.

This is our second stay here and we moved every minute of it! Perfect view of the golf course and short drive down the beach with easy access! We love coming here for a quick getaway every summer! Definitely would recommend to others for couples or small group!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The condo had a nice view of the water and a nice view from the primary bedroom. We ate twice at the restaurant that is on the premises. The host was very responsive when I reached out to ask a few questions.

We love staying at this condo. Very open, light and clean with nice views of nature from the back porch. And you never have to worry about running out of basic supplies. Lots of coffee, paper towels, dishes and laundry detergent! Will definitely stay again!
