We had an incredible weekend stay at this beautiful home with our group of 15 college friends! The house exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout, perfect for a big group. The outdoor spaces were amazing, with large decks and plenty of seating areas where we could relax and socialize. But what really made our stay stand out was the fantastic selection of games and activities! We spent hours playing table tennis and pickle ball, and the house had everything we needed for a fun and entertaining weekend. We would highly recommend this home to any large group or family looking for a memorable getaway. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

We enjoyed the open concept living-kitchen area for our meals and entertainment. There was ample room for seven of us to be comfortable. We also utilized the backyard patio for relaxing for happy hours and the hot tub was nice too. We would definitely visit again.

Truong and Thao’a place was amazing! My family and I had a great time! The heated pool was amazing and we used it everyday we stayed. The house was clean with plenty for the kids to do inside. We spent a lot of time on the back patio and the weather was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with family or friends!

Sam was absolutely wonderful from pre-chk in to post chk out. I read reviews before booking so I was aware of furniture and location and place was as described. No issues with the neighborhood. Only downfall was with the hot tub not being available because of a piece missing. This was one of the reasons, I booked this Airbnb and justified the price. Note to owner: please check maintenance ahead of time to ensure everything is in working order. During the holiday it was more expensive than it would be typically be. Initially I thought units were connected by patio but they are two separate entrances. Definitely enough room for my family! Overall, I would most definitely stay at a place Sam is hosting.

We stayed here with a large group of 17. The weather was unseasonably cold (in the 20s to 30s for most of our stay), but it warmed up to 60 on checkout day. So we didn’t get to fully utilize all of the great outdoor amenities as much as we would’ve liked. Still the indoor spaces were large enough to accommodate us and we could still grill outside and use the hot tub. We ate all of our meals at the house and it worked out between the indoor kitchen and outdoor grill. Lots of amenities nearby and everything you could need is within 20 minutes. Yet the location felt very rural and private. Everything was as described. Cristina was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our requests.

Beautiful, great location for photos, everything in the home was clean. Pool and hot tub were amazing. I would definitely stay again! Only cons were that we did not use the grill because it seemed to be old and rusted, and the basketballs in the game room were flat so that game did not really work.

Joey and Cait were amazing hosts. There were seven of us staying at their Airbnb for a bachelor party, and only one of us had ever been to Austin before. The home was beautiful - great bedrooms, clean bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living space, and of course, a wonderful outdoor area with a pool and hot tub. They even offered recommendations for things to do in the surrounding areas. I'm not sure we would've (or could've) found a better place to stay in Austin, and all of us universally agreed that if we were ever going to go back to Austin, this is the place we would try to book. 10/10, would give it a 100/10 if that was possible.

Beautiful home great location and fit our family perfect for our weekend getaway for spring break!!

What a great stay. Exactly what we needed. We felt right at home. We were a group of 6 adults and it was perfect, I didn’t feel too crowded. The hot tub was extra special to chill in every night. The place is well stocked and very clean. All in all we had a great day and would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was very convenient to Northeast Austin, and there were plenty of amenities nearby. The host's communication was excellent, and they were very responsive, this was truly appreciated. The river is full of fossils and treasures, it was nice to have some open space to play too for the kids! Would highly recommend.

What a unique experience of Austin! We stayed a month & never tired of the view of the Colarado River from the front of the house, nor of the dozens of deer that roamed down the street. It felt a bit far to downtown Austin (25-30 minutes) so we ended up spending the majority of our time hiking the nearby trails which were awesome and shopping in the city of Bee Cave. The house itself had some major highlights- comfy sofa, big fully enclosed front porch so the dogs could roam freely, fully fenced yard, very well stocked kitchen / perfect for entertaining. If I were bring nitpicky I would say that it would've been nice to have more window treatments (one of the guest rooms has no curtains which means no privacy since there are large windows facing the street) and the living room has no curtains so again you feel a little like you're in a fishbowl especially at night. You are given a starter amount of TP, pods, papertowels so you will need more of everything for long stays - just an FYI.

I highly recommend staying at the D6 retreat. That staff was great, helpful, and very responsive when needed. It’s peaceful and beautiful. Will definitely stay again

The cleanest air b & b I’ve ever stayed at. The place exceeded our expectations in every way. Annette was responsive when we had questions, but also had thorough instructions and helpful tips about the property. Amazing views, and the animals are closer to the house than we anticipated, which was a fabulous realization! The inside was spacious and beautifully decorated. The outside was truly breathtaking. Highly recommend this listing for anyone traveling.

This house was great — highly recommend, especially for a girls trip! It has a beautiful artsy vibe and very comfortable for hanging out. Everything is clearly labeled and organized. Fantastic location — close to I-35 so very convenient for day trips as well as a 10 min ride to Rainey St area and less than 15 min to 6th St area. But still a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our host Jackie was very proactive checking to make sure we had a great first night and had all we need. And she was extremely responsive when we had questions, even after our trip was over. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Everything as described. Close to store and restaurants. Bedroom and restroom is spacious. Kitchens loaded utensils. Game room is great. Awesome vibrant neighborhood. Best place to stay with family and kids. Would definitely love to stay here.

We stayed here for a bachelor party in October. The house was expansive and had plenty of space for 9 men to spread out, relax, and sleep. We loved hanging out around the massive island and cooking breakfast each morning with the upgraded appliances. The main living area and deck overlooking the backyard were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a selling point, we played volleyball with the built-in net, and enjoyed cooler days in the hot tub. The location was a bit farther out from downtown Austin than we would've liked, but the house was worth it and the stay was great. Would recommend!

Greta was very responsive and accommodating, great host overall. The place was amazing, perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes we needed for cooking our meals. Loved this place!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Very spacious well designed floor plan. We saw a beautiful sunset every evening and wildlife passing through the yard during the day. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants but feels like you’re in a remote location. The pool was beautiful! We plan to stay again! Kevin and Lawrence were helpful and friendly hosts.

John’s place was very tidy and clean. Loved having the pool and hot tub option. Plus there was lots to do outdoors and in the media room. Neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Great to go on a run/walk. A lot to do near by. John was also very helpful and responsive. Overall would recommend to anyone!

I hate to say how wonderful this house was because then I won’t be able to book it the next time we stay in Austin! The space was great for groups and the backyard was like a park.

An amazing Airbnb! We had a bachelorette party. The weather was perfect, so we got to use the pool and sunbathe on the gorgeous patio. But there are also plenty of things to enjoy for rainy or cold weather too. Great hosts and were flexible with our group. All of the beds were super comfortable and there were a ton of amenities there to make it feel like home. They had all pots, pans, spices, and supplies we needed! Couldn't recommend enough. It worked well for our all adult event, but is definitely a very kid friendly space. Oh! And there is an amazing view of the hill country from the backyard, with goats roaming throughout the day behind the fence! Truly lovely.
