Welcome to our newly renovated studio apartment in the heart of Castle Hill's Historic District! Our private studio apartment is located in our backyard, separated by a fence with private guest parking in front. We are located a few blocks from 6th and Lamar and just up the street from Clark's Oyster Bar, Rosie's, Swedish Hill, and Pecan Square. Escape to this private studio, detached from our main home. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is right outside, where you can use our bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks. Open the blackout cellular shades to feel suspended among the trees & see Monk parakeets, and many other birds. This studio makes excellent use of the space above our 2-car garage with an elegant bathroom, organic mattress, & butcher block countertops. 2G Google Fiber wifi It's tight for 3 or 4 people.

Cool private bungalow in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood of S. Austin. Open-plan house with tons of windows, a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The modern bathroom is flooded with natural light. Upstairs is an extra sleeping/hang-out space - a bit tight, but cozy - with a half bath. Sofa bed is downstairs, but in the cooler months, twin sofa bed option upstairs as well. Secluded side-yard deck or front porch allows guests to enjoy the outside in private.
