The place was cute and quiet with a comfy bed and big window to listen to the waves! It was a perfect quiet getaway for me and my husband! Wendy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing small town feel, this place would be perfect! I will say, you have to walk down a bit to get onto the beach as there was no access from the condo due to erosion, but we didn’t really mind that.

Fantastic place. Gorgeous views overlooking the Cape Fear River and Riverwalk. Everything is in walking distance, great restaurants, pubs, and shopping. The place is very comfortable.

Great location in downtown Wilmington. Was able to walk to walk to Live Oak Bank Pavilion and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Host gave precise instructions on check and check out prior to arrival. Condo was very clean. Would recommend staying here just to visit or for future concerts.

Absolutely beautiful. My husband and I are bookmarking this and will definitely be back. We enjoyed having the convenience of being able to walk to bars and restaurants downtown. Also only 20 minutes from the beach!

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

Booked this super late and Syndy was super fast and super responsive! Easy check-in and cozy place! Close to some great restaurants. Syndy was very kind in letting me check out later than the 10am which was very helpful. Would recommend this place to friends & family and will book again if I’m back in Wilmington. 5 stars!

Walt’s place is awesome! The home is gorgeous and the location is ideal. Perfect spot for anyone who wants to be close to local bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the amenities and the close proximity to the beach. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful houseboat exactly like in the pictures. Being the end unit, it has the best view of the river and Battleship North Carolina. It also has better privacy and access convenience to the community picnic area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. All questions were answered in a timely manner. House was great. Really enjoyed the deck space. We also rented a golf cart and pick up and drop off were super simple.

This cottage was the perfect spot for a long weekend over Easter. We only had 4 people and 2 dogs, so plenty of space for our crew. The location is awesome. It’s only steps from the beach making it easy to go back and forth as needed without any hassle. The added bonus was all beach chairs and towels were included helping to greatly lighten the packing load. The house was super clean, greatly stocked, and organized. This was a big plus! Lindsey and Billy were super with communication, friendly during our stay, and allowed some flexibility with check in/out. With a child at UNCW, I feel certain we’ll be back. Thanks for everything!

This space could not have been cozier or cooler! We loved all of the vintage accents and personal touches that Bryan and Mari preserved in this property and you can tell that this space has been a happy place for so many that have stayed over the years. The location could not have been better for a quiet beach stay and provided a lot of comfort for us during our visit. Their responsiveness was unmatched as well.

My husband and I spent six days at Renee’s home along with our son and two fur babies. The house is beautiful, very clean, and spacious inside. The pictures are very accurate. I loved the views from the two porches in the two king bedrooms. The pond and garden views are awesome along with the beautiful sunsets. Loved the pretty flowers around the patio area. Everything I needed in the house was available, easy to locate, and well stocked. Renee is a very responsive and helpful Host. She was quick to resolve a couple of issues that came up during our stay. Our stay at Renee’s house was so restful and relaxing. We hope to stay again the next time we visit the area. We had unforeseen circumstances that required us to book a new stay last minute late at night on a Friday. The host was responsive immediately and accommodated us. The house was clean and beautiful. It was a short drive to the beach. It was a great space to relax at whole unwinding from from the sand and sun. They provided great recommendations and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the great stay.

Tony’s place was absolutely amazing! Beautiful space, super close to the beach, and everything was even better than we hoped for. Tony was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and was super responsive, would definitely stay here again!

The night was reasonably priced but Airbnb added a lot to it. Each night was $475, wanted to stay another but it was going to be $611.

This was was located directly downtown making all the restraints and bars super accessible. It was so convenient to have the free parking. The view from the balcony was directly across from river and the WWII battleship, which my husband loved! Even being downtown, the area was still relatively quiet and would be a great place to bring kids!

This location has direct access to the pools and the beach - amazing! It is also right next to lobby and the restaurant. Very easy to get inside. This part of Wrightsville Beach is secluded - which we loved. The unit was very well appointed- perfect size for 2-3 people. They have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Would stay again.

This place was awesome! It had beautiful views, was cozy, and in walking distance to EVERYTHING. The host is great and very helpful. We will definitely be booking here again.

Loved staying at Taryn’s. It was homie and cozy and everything I could’ve asked for. I wanted a small clean place with things to do around it and it’s exactly how I imagined it! Nothing wrong with the place at all and if there was something that Taryn needed to tell me she was quick to do so. Quick to text back and flexible. 10/10 place will 100% be staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Stephen's SEARENITY! I needed a relax-cation and that's exactly what I got there! I stayed up my first 2 nights and watched the sun rise above the ocean and still had no trouble sleeping during the day lol. Perfect place! Stephen and Kristin were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I WILL be staying again very, very soon!!
