Downtown Bliss, Walk Everywhere!

Although there are a couple small areas that can be improved, I still give it a 5-star review! The location is excellent: the place is located in historic area in Downtown Wilmington, waking distance ( within 10 minutes) to a lots good restaurants, bars, and the riverwalk! We enjoyed the downtown vibe by just walking within few minutes, and also enjoyed the quiet time during the night! Perfect location! The place is newly and very well renovated, very clean and comfortable! So comfortable, we did not even went to go out sometimes! Even though it’s street parking, parking has never been an issue during our 2 weeks staying! We could be able to park right in front of the place every time! The host - Sabeer Christian provided outstanding customer service! Very very appreciative the help we received! We are very satisfied during our staying here, will definitely come back again!

We loved Chris’s place. It was perfect walking distance to local restaurants. There was music playing late at night but we were supplied with ear buds if needed. However, we didn’t need to use them. Great location. Cute apartment. I would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time at Kristi’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect location to all the places on our list to visit! The underground parking was an added perk! Shockingly, we were around the corner from much of the nightlife but Kristi’s place was SO quiet! We are already planning a return trip!

Can’t recommend this little spot enough! Corner lot which is perfect so it’s semi-private! We took our dog with and although the fence was low we just kept him on leash when letting out! Easy easy walk to downtown and historic area - river walk. Totally a fine drive to beach - no problems at all. Simple parallel and back of house parking. Beds and linens were so dang comfy!
