Here is La Roche, a former mill, on the banks of the Automne River, completely restored in a contemporary way with a capacity of 15 people. Please note that our house rules prohibit all parties and events.

Whether you're by the fire, on the wooden deck or in the garden, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Bay. Very quiet environment, the house has direct access to the Digue where you can reach the city center on foot in less than 10 minutes or take the bike path directly.

It consists of a living room with a sitting area with fireplace, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven... shower room and toilet (Sani macerator). Floor separated into two large bedrooms, each with a 160 double bed and a single bed, a landing bedroom with a single bed. A family pool to share with the owners is 27°… heated all year round, the sauna and hot tub will be there for relaxation of the body and mind.

Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
