The exceptional view, easy and optimized maintenance, practically on the waterfront facing the sea (direct access) and the 180° panoramic view (from Cayeux to Dieppe) will allow you to have a very pleasant stay practically on the waterfront. .

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.

Ideally located between Place du Marché and the beach, our apartment has 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people and a large balcony-terrace with sea and Place du Marché views.
