Monthly Rentals in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

I lived in Philly until a couple of years ago and came back for work and family obligations. This is the best most walkable neighborhood you’ll find with tons of stores, restaurants and a beautiful and lively park nearby. The house is perfect, private, quiet and clean. It is not for people with mobility issues due to the stairs, but I had no problem with them and it added to the charm. Just a fantastic place where I would stay again.

This adorable little house was a great place to stay in Philadelphia! It's on a peaceful block, but also walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Everything was as described and easy to find. Highly recommend!

Greatly stay for a someone who wants a convenient stay. I was traveling for work and this was cheaper than the hotels, super clean and accessible. Would stay again!

The Rittenhouse area is such a vibrant and fun neighborhood! Staying at Rafi's place was great. The apartment was very clean, Rafi and team were very responsive, and the place was comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in this area. The apartment had great light in the main room with 14ft ceilings. It was perfect for two people working remote during the week.
