This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

Emily's place made for a wonderful stay in Philly. I'm surprised by the reviews that mention the run of the mill experiences one can expect to have in a city re parking and alleged drug use- Philly is indeed... a city? As far as my experience, parking was more than reasonable, with a free lot for extended use within walking distance from the apartment. Worried by the reviews, I texted Emily ahead of time for parking recommendations, and she was responsive and thorough. Needless to say, there was no need to worry. The nearby lot is the chillest Philly parking experience I've ever had. As far as the apartment itself, the kitchen & bathroom were particularly lovely, & the two bedrooms upstairs were spacious & warm! The street itself is charming, and the apartment has grocery, restaurant, and pharmacy options within walking distance. I experienced little to no noise disturbance, as the place seems well insulated. Inside there's a booklet with local recs. I would book with Emily again!

We stayed here for a special weekend and it was a wonderful stay. The accuracy of the listing was amazing. The place was comfy and had everything we needed. One small improvement could be the attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom - both myself and my husband noticed a few hairs around the shower. Other than that, overall wonderful experience.

Everything was perfect! Just as described it’s our second stay at this residence and we’ll make it an annual trip.

Ying was an exceptional host—extremely flexible, thoughtful, and clearly committed to creating a positive experience for her guests. From the moment we booked, her communication was prompt, clear, and helpful. She provided detailed instructions that made everything—from check-in to parking—completely stress-free. It was evident she genuinely cares about both her guests and the home, which was spotless, and beautifully maintained. Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay! Very comfortable for family with teenagers. Very walkable and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet considering how centrally located it is. The house was very well stocked and we appreciated all the treats they left for us. Richard was very flexible and accommodating. We had a car and parking was actually very easy. We found a spot nearby every time we parked. But really you don’t need a car- we walked almost everywhere. This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at yet!

We had a wonderful stay in Janet and Drew’s place. The Italian market was such a great location for our family to be. Everyone we came into contact with was so nice and helpful. We were surrounded by amazing restaurants and businesses - it was fun to explore! The beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions. We would love to stay here again someday!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful Philly apartment! It’s super clean, stylish, and well-appointed, but the hot tub really takes things to the next level—so relaxing after a day of exploring. Fair warning: there are a lot of stairs, so pack light and consider it your built-in workout! 😅 The location is unbeatable—quiet but close to everything. Definitely check out Café Lift just a 3-minute walk away for an incredible all-day brunch (the eggs benedict & lemon ricotta pancakes are chef’s kiss). Highly recommend this place for a cozy, elevated (literally!) Philly experience. Would absolutely stay again!

I was nervous about checking in as some reviews say it was a little complicated. It was not if you follow the directions they gave. The place was clean, very nice and felt safe. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Malyka's place. She called to greet me and see if I had any needs prior to our arrival, the night before. She was responsive and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had great flow and was wonderfully hot. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Please note though, there is a lack of electrical sockets in the living room for charging your phone or other electronics. We improvised and charged in the bedroom or bathroom. The neighborhood is walkable/bikeable with parks and playgrounds very close by. There is an abundance of options for food in the area as well. Give 'Tasties' a try for really great soul food. We would happily stay here again if in the Philly area.

Lailah, was very proactive with instructions, the place matched the description and was very clean. Worth every penny. I will most certainly book with her if ever in Philly again.

Very nice place inside. Well furnished with modern decor. Also very convenient to U of Penn and Center City. Guests should realize that this is in West Philly. If you are not comfortable in that environment then you should consider paying for a more expensive place in a more upscale neighborhood.

This was the cutest and most convenient place we could have stayed for our trip! The aesthetic was relaxing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling!! We came into the city for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much there is to do in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend visiting the Museum on a Friday evening for their discounted event which included live music & drinks ! Perfect date night. If you have pups there are so many beautiful areas to talk them for walks. We will definitely be back in the future as there was truly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer. Thank you!!!

We had such a lovely stay at Jeanette’s place while attending my 20-year reunion at Swarthmore College. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was super-comfortable, the location was perfect (a nice 25-minute-ish walk to campus), and Jeanette was wonderfully communicative and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

Our family loved staying at Gary’s place for our Philly vacation. It was incredibly clean, we felt secure in the house and neighborhood, and the free parking made it so easy for us to come and go. The home is exactly what you see in the listing, and Gary is an excellent host with super quick response time and detailed instructions and recommendations.

We love Garden Oasis! It is very charming and cozy. David is a great host and responsive. We had a special occasion on check-in day and asked for early check-in. David was able to accommodate and clearly cared to help us make our event special. If you like coffee on the patio, you'll love this place. The entrance is easy and private. We love this little get away! We were able to use the roll-away bed for an additional guest for a small fee. Very convenient.

So the townhome was AWESOME! looks just like its described. We only had an issue with the door because being from the south we’re not used to keypads like that. So you’ll put the code in and then the knob lol! Glad the neighbor helped us out. Andrea was very helpful and fast with responses.

Beautiful place! Sunlight throughout. Easy parking. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

I am honestly so sad I only stayed one night at this amazing place! Angel’s communication was the best I have ever experienced, and made the entire process so amazing. Frank was our tour guide who showed us around and was so kind and helpful. This place is awesome- amazing views, roof-top game room, and more. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Philly!

Kathy’s place was truly a gem. The room was quiet, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like luxury linens, a smart TV, and chocolates on the bed. Everything exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Philly, walkable to UPenn, historic sites, and tons of shops and cafes, yet peaceful at night for a good rest. Kathy is a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and clearly cares about making guests feel at home. She’s created a cozy, welcoming environment that balances comfort and privacy perfectly. And of course, Darth Mikey the cat! He’s curious, social, and a total sweetheart. He’d occasionally stop by for a quick hello and brought a real sense of life to the space. Whether you're visiting for work, family, or fun, this is the kind of stay that reminds you why Airbnb can be so special. Would absolutely stay here again—and recommend it without hesitation!

I stayed with 2 other adults and it worked out great for us! Having 2 supermarkets and Target less than a block away was incredibly convenient. There was plenty of space, and my adult daughter reported that the pull-out sofa was comfortable (as were the beds in the bedrooms). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I was a little worried about the parking lot based on reviews, but it wasn't as cramped as I had imagined it. I was careful to take the ramps slowly, and there were no problems whatsoever. If you arrive by car and are alone, it could be tricky, as someone needs to check in and retrieve the parking "key" and pass. Elizabeth sends very clear instructions (including a video), so it's easy to navigate.

Elizabeth was great from the start. Communication was fantastic, apartment was perfect and you can't beat the fact that there was free parking in a parking garage attached to the building. Great location in Philly. If we decide to visit again this place will be the first place we book.

Jason's place was the perfect spot for our recent visit to Philly. He had very clear instructions for entering the apartment (possibly some of the clearest I've ever encountered). The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. We ended up accidentally snapping the key off in the gate one night when we were returning to the apartment and he was able to get a replacement to us ASAP. I would absolutely stay here again!
