The accommodation is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (THE DOUBLE VERSION IS NOT PROVIDED) from a bathroom with services and shower. THERE IS NO KITCHENETTE. It is part of a villa completely surrounded by greenery. Just 2 km from the historic center of Gubbio, with private parking. The accommodation is new, equipped with heating, linens and towels, a coffee maker, kettle for tea and herbal teas and hairdryer. Tourist tax is payable on site.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Bedroom has a astonishing view, king size bed, fresh sheets and towels. Two sigle beds are available in the living room. Large bathroom. The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
