Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during closed hours. Historic residence right in the heart of Assisi's old town, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The house features a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. The tourist rental of Sara Jane is located in the medieval historic center of Gubbio, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The small apartment was renovated in 2021, with exposed stone and antique wooden beams, and a view that makes the stay unique! Very quiet pedestrian area. There is a kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom (possible crib and high chair for children). Free parking is 200 meters away. In the house, all the comforts for a relaxing stay!

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
