You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

The house has been newly renovated and has particularly unique furniture with attention to detail. The house has a large garden with a fire bowl in which every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two train stations you are on Sylt. The cottage is a popular destination not only in summer, but also in winter it impresses with its coziness, to which the stove in the living area contributes.
