The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is renovated in summer 2023. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Experience charming Lysli, a cozy house perfectly located along highway 38 in beautiful Vrådal. Here you have hiking trails and ski slopes literally right outside the door and a short way to the area's many attractions. 1 km to Vrådal city center with grocery, cafe, gallery and rental of rowboat, kayak and canoe. 3 km to Vrådal Panorama ski center and 5 km to Vrådal golf course. The house is also perfectly located between east and west for you passing through, but we recommend staying a few days to enjoy the area.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Relax at the cabin in Søndeled, Risør. Here you can go for a walk by the water, the lake or the forest. The cabin is located on Øysang, where there is a holiday center with restaurant and tennis court. A few minutes walk to the Jetty in Hødnebøkilen. Here it is possible to rent a boat. Otherwise, Øisangferga goes over to Risør city center (and back) several times a day. Nice hiking terrain and short drive to the rocks at Stangnes and Porter.

The house is a good fit for 2 or more families:-)

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent. A great place to relax or to participate in activities and experiences. In the middle of summer, the sun is up until 21.30 o'clock.
