Walking distance to swimming areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can assist with tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen was renovated in the summer of 2023. Cosy studio apartment with a good location - space for 3 people. The apartment is located above the garage, with a small terrace on the outside. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Towels and bed linen are included. You do the cleaning yourself, but it can be ordered for an additional fee of NOK 400. The place is expected to be left clean and tidy, unless cleaning has been ordered as an extra. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Swimming and fishing places, hiking areas etc. are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is located 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes day bed with good mattresses (2 beds). Max 6 pers.

Close to the harbor with ferry to Hirtshals. Larvik train station approx.: 2 km. Good hiking areas in the nearby.
