The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen was renovated in the summer of 2023. Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Cosy studio apartment with a good location - space for 3 people. The apartment is located above the garage, with a small terrace on the outside. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Towels and bed linen are included. You do the cleaning yourself, but it can be ordered for an additional fee of NOK 400. The place is expected to be left clean and tidy, unless cleaning has been ordered as an extra.
