We were made to feel very welcome by Mr. João's son. Great gourmet area. Breathtaking view. For those who want to rest the place is extremely quiet. Access is good with asphalted lanes and inside the cobblestone condominium.

We would recommend Celia’s apartment to anyone! We are a group of girls and felt extremely safe. The building had 24hour security and Celia and her daughter Nena were so friendly and helped with any queries we had. It’s a great apartment, in a perfect location and has everything you could possibly need. We’ll be sure to stay here if we come back to Rio :)

I have no words to describe the amazing weekend we spent at Lucila's house. The place is simply wonderful: spacious, spotlessly clean, fragrant, fully equipped and a real immersion in culture. Beautiful place, with lots of fruit trees and a cozy outdoor area. Lucila, the host, is a charming, super-intelligent, friendly person and always willing to help. It was an unforgettable experience. I recommend it without a doubt and hope to return soon!

The house is really great and very reliable for Airbnb's description here. I've been to Rio de Janeiro more than 20 times. I've been in several Airbnb houses and apartments, but this one, of course, was one of the most amazing so far. The kitchen is big and had everything we need to prepare our meals. The rooms are air-conditioned and the beds are extremely comfortable. The house is practically on the beach street and is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope that all guests take care of the house with great care, how the owners do, and how we take care during our stay. Anyway, we love and intend to come back again and again.
