The apartment is excellent, with a beautiful view and very well located. Close to excellent bakeries, bars and markets. All just a few metres away. The environment gave us a feeling of security and confidence, which made us even more comfortable. The clean and very well equipped apartment. Still, the strongest point of our stay was Pedro's flexibility in checking in at 9 am. Given that we landed very early that morning. Great. Special thanks to the hosts.

My stay was great. The apartment has an excellent location, close to Copa and Ipanema. Lots of commerce around and near the subway. The apto corresponds with the photos and has what is necessary for short seasons. Ronald was also very attentive.

The space is like the description, well-equipped, all very clean, well cleaned bed and bath linens, wonderful shower! Very well located close to the beach, restaurants market pharmacy, great for walking, the apt has items such as coffee powder, salt , shampoo and cond. What is a differential, Julia is great in commotion and practices in the institutions, staff of the very polite building, I loved it all ! The view from the balcony is lindaaaa 🥰

The apartment was exactly as described by Vilson in the listing. It is very close to the Church of Santo Antônio and the Alto fair, where we find very good restaurants (some even recommended by Vilson). The apartment is quiet, sunny. I stayed there on a weekend with temperatures of 8º/9ºC and it was super cozy. I recommend it and I will return!

The apartment is very well located, in a nice and safe area, ideal for walking or public transport. Although it is small, it is very comfortable and is very well used. It has everything you need for a practical and pleasant stay, and is well equipped. I would come back!

Excellent accommodation, everything was as advertised, everything was very clean and well structured. The location is excellent, we don't even need to use our own vehicle, the main tourist attractions of the city can be visited on foot. The only observations I make are: The corridor of the apartment and the interior of the loft, when we arrived, had a little smell of mould, I believe it is because the city is very humid and cold, but we opened the window and turned on the fan and the smell improved a lot. The bed mattress is soft, but it's comfortable.

Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!

I had absolutely no issues during my 1-month stay with my dog, Fred. The loft is in a very peaceful, quiet village and has all the essentials for a long stay. The location is also good, next to Megabox and close to pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants... you can do everything on foot. There are also buses to all other neighborhoods, as it is very close to Avenida Brasil. The host Iones was always attentive, very helpful when I needed to contact her. It definitely made my stay more comfortable. A note that may be relevant to those who work from home, like me: the loft does not have a desk. It was not a problem for me, I was able to adapt and work from the sofa but I imagine it could be essential for some people. I definitely recommend the stay!

The stay was quiet, the loft is very well located, close to the boiling of Lapa, the subway station and the various restaurants etc. The apartment bought its function during the days we stayed. the hosts always very attentive.
