I only have to say compliments. I made a super correct choice. It was my birthday and I wanted to spend the weekend in a cozy , welcoming and beautiful house like Maria Clara's. And that was what happened. Simply wonderful. Stays are great. The kitchen is top, it has everything you will need. It looks like a dollhouse. All tidy, beautiful, in perfect condition. The refrigerator is show. Pool is great. My children and grandchildren enjoyed it a lot and had a good time. The cars are well sheltered without rain and sun. The house in the center of the land makes it possible for the sides to be well used. Not to mention the gourmet space, where the barbecue is located. This is a very welcoming place. Compliments also to Maria Clara, a first-class host. Delicada, polite, caring, attentive. My admiration and congratulations to her. I have recommended and will always recommend it. We had an amazing stay! The views and amenities were excellent. This place was a highlight of our Rio trip! Place is very close to nature so beware of a little monkey that may sneak in to find food if doors are not secured when you leave the house during the day! The team was very responsive in cleaning up after this happened to us :)

Everything was perfect for our stay. The home is beautiful and the pool was super refreshing on the hot summer days. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Also the VIEW!! Our host communicated everything we needed promptly and graciously. We would stay here again!

The house of Mr. Marco is spacious, organized and airy. The location is very good, close to the sea and lagoon. On the second floor there is always a fresh wind. The swimming pool and the backyard are great. were wonderful days.

I found the place super quiet a little far from the mall, but nothing that a UBer, Tax or a private car would help … and even advised so that you can enjoy more around the places are beautiful and good to explore… Not to mention the staff are super attentive and friendly the Owner the attentive and prompt Bruno with the desired communication. The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

We were in December/24 in the house with a group of 14 people, 2 children 2/3 years old and 3 dogs. Very comfortable house. The floor of the room is very wide, allowing for integration with people who are in several communities. We hired Dona Rosana to support us in the kitchen and it was the BEST decision, she is friendly, helpful and kitchen very well. We found a very good cost-benefit ratio. Point that left to be desired: - Not all rooms had fans, even though it is a place of cold, in the heat it is worth having in the room. - Some beds with harder mattresses (orthopedic type).

Our stay was wonderful! It was me, my husband, our 3 children, my mother and her little pet; the day before we left, my father went too, we paid an extra fee for his overnight stay, which was no problem. We were very well received by Mr. Ricardo, the whole house was very well organized and clean. The listing is very comfortable. The pool too, extremely clean. Our son has atopic dermatitis and we ask if it was possible to carry out the maintenance of the pool, with a smaller amount of chlorine, so as not to cause irritation to his skin and with all due care, Mr. Ricardo complied with our request. The location of the house is also very good, close to the main beaches, sights and shops. Very quiet place, there are no noises of cars, motorcycles, loud sounds etc. It was 5 days of fun and family joy.

Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations. Very spacious, clean and organized. We didn't lack anything. Luiz and Dani were super helpful and malleable when negotiating the check-in and check-out time. I recommend it.

Bruno is very kind and proactive. Always available. The house corresponds with the photos. Clean bathrooms and bed linens. The accommodation is a little far from the center on foot, but by car it is quiet. The look of the lagoon in front is beautiful (especially at dawn). Already the beach, can be reached on foot. Nearby business has little. I and my family love it.

The host Katia, is of great and easy communication. Always available for assistance. The house is very good. The large and airy outdoor space, because it is close to the beach, it is very windy, which makes the house very fresh. Very good pool. It has a large table near the barbecue, which is perfect for good family meals. In front of the house there is a bakery and a grocery store, which helps a lot. Check-in and checkout were super smooth.

My family and I love and recommend Marli's house! It was a short, weekend stay, but very enjoyable. The house is complete, all bed linen were well clean, as were the towels (and in large quantities). The house has all the necessary household items, as well as being very wide and comfortable. The outdoor area and pool were the high point, we took a lot of sunny days; great area for children, however, adult supervision is required due to the pool having no fence of protection and the stairs that give access to the gourmet area. The house's professional Karaoke device is a lot of fun. We really enjoyed it! The street is very pleasant, quiet, a very wooded area and very close to the center - by car a few minutes. In addition, the host was very attentive and helpful, both at check-in and check-out. Really good value. I look forward to hosting us at Marli's home soon again. It was a pleasure!
