Good morning to all The property met my expectations, with good location and access, quiet place, located 980 meters from the nearest beach. We had no problems during the four days of stay. We went to celebrate my birthday as a family, and it was wonderful days, the communication with Nataly was great. The house is very close to the beach, accommodated us very well, comfortable house and close to everything.

We spent an amazing family weekend, the rain didn't hinder us. We were in 10 people and the house served everyone super well, bedrooms and bathrooms. We felt at home and loved every detail, the furniture is simple, but it still makes the house cozy. The barbecue is top, the house has utensils that served us well. Vitória made us feel good communication, and willing to answer all questions. Back with my family for sure for another amazing weekend, now in sunshine.

the stay with my family at apt was quiet. all clean, comfortable beds and sofa, good internet, good quality bedding. the apt is close to the beach, close to the restaurant,and the commerce. Everything works perfectly! i recommend it!!

The entire stay exceeded our expectations. We found the apartment in excellent clean condition, it was great. The digital access system to the building and the apartment was a differential because it was very practical and agile. The information for checking in was accurate and concise, and we didn't have any obstacles. The location of the apartment is close to the beach and provided many walks. Another important point is the quick access to markets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants and bars, all on foot. Everything in the property description matched the reality we found in the apartment. The Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly. I hope to be able to return on another occasion.

We had an amazing experience in this accommodation! Unfortunately, we had a setback and we couldn't check in on the agreed day, but the host was extremely understanding and thoughtful. We were given all the necessary support and, in addition, it also made our check-out more flexible, which made all the difference for our trip. Space is great and exactly as described. I highly recommend and would undoubtedly host again!

Very good stay. By far, it was the best accommodation I ever stayed in Rio das Ostras. The apartment is impeccable, as well as having everything a person needs. For those who want to enjoy Rio das Ostras as a city and not only point to Praia this apartment is the PLACE. Great location, close to a great mall, Atacadao, bakeries, shops... and not to mention the host Luiz who is a super polite and helpful man and sells his handmade coffee that is a spectacle 😀 Your apartment is complete with air, fan, smart TV and another in the bedroom ( which is super difficult to achieve nowadays), gas shower and full kitchen. family condominium with everything that is entitled. our only compliments. We love and will come back several times. Thank you ❤️

Space equal to the ad, good location you literally sleep and wake up with the noise of the sea, very quiet condominium without night noises, the apartment is well equipped with everything necessary to cook if you want, in my case I was with 2 babies which was no problem at any time, there is a market, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy and an observation has a Catholic church very close to those who attend as in my case was wonderful. The gatekeepers are super attentive and polite to Dona Margarida was very welcoming and was always supportive if she needed it. It was well worth it I will be back for sure.

The impeccable, very clean apartment, bed linens and very smelling bathrooms. The photos are very faithful, large living room and very comfortable rooms. Beds are cool. The location is privileged, very close to several restaurants, great beaches when crossing the street, all very close by. Besides, Jussara was very helpful, always responding very quickly, answering all our doubts. We went in 4 people and the apartment behaved very well all of us. Getting all very comfortable.
