Holiday rentals with a patio in Rio das Ostras

Our stay in the 2025 Carnival period was very quiet. The Marlon space is very quiet, despite being a condominium. The apartment is well airy, as it has windows in all rooms, so it also ceases to have a little privacy because the other units of the condominium have a direct view into the apartment and vice versa. A Black-out curtain or installation of insulfimes on the windows would easily solve this little detail. Outside this served my family very well....we went in 6 people and had space and bed for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic utensils to prepare a meal. The only thing we missed was a way to bake pizza, as we bought at the market and had to improvise to bake the pizza. Therefore, if you are looking for a space in Rio das Ostras to spend a period, I strongly recommend Marlon's space. In front of the shopping mall Rio das Ostras and the Wholesale Market....well located.

I loved my stay, great location, clean apartment, complete, organized, not to mention the advantage of providing beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella. I intend to return soon, communication with Rafael is super easy and he is very flexible and understanding.

Nice clean apartment with everything you need for short and long term rent. The landlady was friendly, also really enjoyed communicating with her aunt. The only disadvantage is that it is far from everything and the nearest chain supermarket is at least 30-40 minutes away on foot, which is long and difficult without a car. Also, during our stay, the children's playground with a slide was not working for almost a month, and only started working in the last week of our stay. It was a great stay, we would be happy to come back again. Thanks

The house is excellent, all the rooms air-conditioned and an impeccable cleaning. Weaving and smelling bed linen and all the towels as well. Even hygiene items he made available with great care! The house is very well located, in a quiet neighborhood. It is very close to the beach and local commerce. The owners were extremely attentive and proactive, we were even greeted with a delicious cake made by the owners. The house is quite equipped, practically, it is not necessary to bring anything, only food and drinks. The pool is wonderful. We were 12 adults and we were very comfortable. My dog and the elderly in the family loved the house and already want to return.

House airy and spacious rooms, better environment than photos, in the kitchen has all the necessary items for a stay. Hostão offers two bikes, this was great for being able to cycle around the area. Flexibility for check-in, easy communication with host.

We had a wonderful stay! We went to four couples to spend the Easter holiday and the house met our needs well. The space is great, comfortable and well cared for, we were able to do a lot of things there! The location is also excellent, close to the centre of Cantagalo, but at the same time super quiet. The neighborhood is a peace, every day has been quiet. We were greeted by Joel, who was super attentive and whenever we need it, he would go there to help us. The two little dogs in the house are fluffy, and we left them loose a little bit every day to play. My stay was perfect and Márcia was very attentive and kind the perfect internet my baby can watch the videos of ten years perfectly well,the appliances working perfectly,the porters were very polite I loved everything and my children also stayed 5 days and it was wonderful!!

It was a great choice, the Apt is very good, well equipped and clean. We had a problem with the unloading of one of the vessels, but we got around the problem. Anita was very attentive and always kept in touch with us. Just a negative point for the sofa, very uncomfortable! But we would repeat the experience!

The impeccable, very clean apartment, bed linens and very smelling bathrooms. The photos are very faithful, large living room and very comfortable rooms. Beds are cool. The location is privileged, very close to several restaurants, great beaches when crossing the street, all very close by. Besides, Jussara was very helpful, always responding very quickly, answering all our doubts. We went in 4 people and the apartment behaved very well all of us. Getting all very comfortable.
