Wonderful stay, Cristina and her husband Luiz, were great hosts, gave several tips of places to visit, the extremely organized chalet, all beautifully decorated, a quiet environment that connects you with nature, a very quiet and solicitous neighborhood, I'm sure to come back more often!!!! If you are looking for a quiet place, easy access to the beach (less than 5 min walking) and commerce too (bakery, market, snack, distributor, restaurants...), for sure this chalet is for you!!!

Since the beginning of the contact we have always responded with kindness and promptness. We very much like the stay, rooms, space and decoration. The house is well-equipped, well located and pleasant to stay. We had an unforeseen weather in relation to the water, which is subject to happening in the beach regions. We reached out and quickly Letícia answered us and Raphael gave us the proper support. Thanks again for the attention we have been given. I missed an extra floor cloth. To avoid getting dirty/wetting the floor of the main room, we kept a close cloth for support, but it would be nice to have more for the area of the room that supports the pool area. The two bedrooms have a double bed and own bathrooms (suites). The adaptation of the roof area to support the pool area was perfect, having a freegobar nearby also helped a lot. One detail and another can be adjusted for improvement but nothing that has prevented us from making the most of it. I thank you and hope to return in the future.

For my purpose everything was perfect. I have nothing to complain about, just thank you for the promptness, attention, trust and good stay we had. If I need it again for sure, if it is possible, it will be a place I want to return.

We really enjoyed staying at Fabio's Airbnb, very careful and attentive. The house was extremely clean, fragrant, and organized! The convenience is great! We always go 2 to 3 times a year to Rio das Ostras and of all the neighbourhoods we stayed in, it was the best. We went to several beaches and restaurants on foot. We'll be back for sure!

The trip was great, the house was very wide and had everything that was needed to cook and spend very pleasant days. The condominium is very quiet and safe, as well as very beautiful. A great place to relax. And with nearby restaurant, grocery and cafeteria. Even though I had rainy days, I still enjoyed the pool a lot. The beach is a block from the house and with access to the condominium. The communication with Alan was very good. I recommend and intend to return soon.

Cozy space, very clean, fragrant blankets and sheets, we have nothing to complain about, everything is impeccable. Near the bakery, near the beach, a quiet place. We were very well received and welcomed, the owner Morta is a sweetheart, we will definitely return 🥰

For those who want to enjoy Rio das Ostras as a city and not only point to Praia this apartment is the PLACE. Great location, close to a great mall, Atacadao, bakeries, shops... and not to mention the host Luiz who is a super polite and helpful man and sells his handmade coffee that is a spectacle 😀 Your apartment is complete with air, fan, smart TV and another in the bedroom ( which is super difficult to achieve nowadays), gas shower and full kitchen. family condominium with everything that is entitled. our only compliments. We love and will come back several times. Thank you ❤️

Space equal to the ad, good location you literally sleep and wake up with the noise of the sea, very quiet condominium without night noises, the apartment is well equipped with everything necessary to cook if you want, in my case I was with 2 babies which was no problem at any time, there is a market, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy and an observation has a Catholic church very close to those who attend as in my case was wonderful. The gatekeepers are super attentive and polite to Dona Margarida was very welcoming and was always supportive if she needed it. It was well worth it I will be back for sure.
