Wind and rain-protected entrance area, with storage space for sports equipment and wet clothes. Pets allowed. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible and there are some small steps, as well as a staircase. The ceiling height in the kitchen and in one of the two bedrooms corresponds to an old half-timbered house.

Bikes/motorbikes/car can be accommodated in the garage. 10 minutes' walk you need to walk to the old town. TV only via free online media library or own accounts (Netflix/Amazon/etc).

The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.
