Upstairs are the three bedrooms and a nice bathroom. Downstairs is an extra toilet.

Roelofarendsveen is one of the largest village centers in the municipality of Kaag en Braassem. This is a polder-rich area, originally a horticultural area, located on the Braassemermeer. A beautiful houseboat, on the Koppoel, with direct access to the Kaag. In the morning sun, you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of the Koppoel. From noon, the sun comes into the garden where you have plenty of space and several places in the shade. This is truly a unique place on the water!
