Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Welcome to tiny house ‘Buitenleven’, where you can wake up peacefully, surrounded by nature and singing birds. Here you can relax and enjoy outside life. National Park ‘Biesbosch’ is around the corner. Guesthouse ‘Buitenleven’ is on a biking and hiking network (knooppuntennetwerk). Nice little towns in the area are Gorinchem and Woudrichem, 15 min bij car. The Dutch mills in Kinderdijk are only 30 min away. Amsterdam, Rotterdam and the Hague are within an hour driving distance.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Detached holiday home Aan Ammers Water

In the beautiful Alblasserwaard a quiet, detached cottage on the water. Perfect for hiking, cycling, water sports. Kayaks and (motorized) boat present with us. In the beautiful polder Alblasserwaard (in between Rotterdam and Utrecht) in a quiet area, a single cottage by the water. Perfectly situated for hiking, cycling and for rest and relaxation. Kayaks and (motorised) boat available. Enjoy rest, freedom and rural view in our authentic, completely renovated cottage.

Central to Rotterdam and Kinderdijk, E-bikes

Our modernly furnished stay has a living/bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen. You have a private entrance and it is on the ground floor. All to yourself. It has air conditioning for heating or cooling. A space with a bright and quiet look, great for relaxing. In a quiet neighborhood. Central to Rotterdam, the windmills of Kinderdijk (7 km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13 km) and Gouda (13 km). Also nice by water bus to Rotterdam or Dordrecht.

Garden Cottage

You will enjoy a quiet and private stay in a charming cottage situated in a green garden. The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter). A lovely "tiny house" in the back in our spacious garden. Walk through the little bush for a while. Enjoy the view of the polder with locks and sheep from your comfortable chair. Completely complete with nice bed, toilet and shower, small kitchen and nice seat. Completely on your own... unwind. Come and enjoy Polderview 2.
