Keine zentrale Heizung. Wasser wird über einen Brunnen sichergestellt. Achtung: kein Trinkwasser. Wasser ist geprüft. Warmwasserbereitung wird über einen 50l Speicher sichergestellt. Es kann durch die Erwärmung des Brunnenwasser zu Qualität Einschränkungen kommen Küche mit allem Zubehör ist vorhanden.

The windows have mosquito screens. A rustic fireplace or the electric heater is used for heating. From Borsdorf to Leipzig, it takes about 20-30 minutes by car or the S-Bahn. In the area are beautiful excursion destinations such as Schloss Machern, wellness oasis Saxony-Therme or the Schladitzer Bay.

The vacation home is located in a natural garden, with a small "beach" and natural pond, on Lutherweg. It is 6 km to Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and 4 km to the city center of Döbeln. Enjoy the quiet nights in the comfortable 1.80 m double bed and wake up in the morning with birdsong. There are 3 rooms (dining/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and can be heated, therefore also highly recommended for the winter.

The entire house is a non-smoking house. The house is centrally located in the middle of a green single-family housing estate. The historic city center can be reached by bus (4 minutes) or train (3 stops) in about 20 minutes.
