Cozy garden house with living kitchen area and sleeping area with double bed, small bathroom with WC and shower. On the covered terrace you can start the day in nature. The windows have mosquito screens. A rustic fireplace or the electric heater is used for heating. From Borsdorf to Leipzig, it takes about 20-30 minutes by car or the S-Bahn. In the area are beautiful excursion destinations such as Schloss Machern, wellness oasis Saxony-Therme or the Schladitzer Bay.

The vacation home is located in a natural garden, with a small "beach" and natural pond, on Lutherweg. It is 6 km to Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and 4 km to the city center of Döbeln. Enjoy the quiet nights in the comfortable 1.80 m double bed and wake up in the morning with birdsong. There are 3 rooms (dining/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and can be heated, therefore also highly recommended for the winter.

If you like country life, animals and rubber boots, this is the place for you! The area invites you to cycle, hike and swim in the lake 500m away. There is no shopping in the village. Dogs are not allowed. The guest house is rented. There is a double bed, a bunk bed for children and a sleeping couch, many games and plenty of reading material over the Spreewald. It is heated with the beautiful fireplace. In the guesthouse there is kitchen and bathroom.
