Family-friendly apartments in the Hallertau region (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping options and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, there are bicycles, toys, table tennis, a table football set and an outdoor play area available. The modern, bright attic apartment is quiet and sunny on the outskirts of Dietfurt. There is a spacious kitchen-living room , 1 bedroom and daylight bathroom with corner tub and balcony with seating. "Digital Detox" is top of mind with us (conscious waiver of wifi). The apartment has a wired connection. A car parking is right in front of the house. A public playground is right across the street from the property. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pet-free.

Welcome to our stylishly furnished apartment "Rosa" in the heart of the Upper Palatinate Jura. The 60 sqm apartment has a bright living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a bedroom with double bed. The large courtyard and terrace, surrounded by flower beds and a herb garden, invite you to relax and linger. The valleys of the Upper Palatinate Jura and surrounding towns and castles offer great excursion destinations.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The apartment with a spacious balcony was newly built in 2018 in the center of the village, is accessible by elevator and is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living/dining area. We provide towels and bed linens for your stay. The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a separate lockable storage room.

Holiday apartment 1

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Brochures for excursions are ready for you upon your arrival.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

Cozy stopover for singles

Right in the middle and yet quiet. Our room with private bathroom has a separate entrance with a key safe. You can take your bike with you and there are floor sockets to charge your e-bike. We would like to offer a friendly oasis to relax for solo travelers. Can also be booked for just one night.
