Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the ground floor of the old paper mill of 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 57 square metres in size and very comfortable for two, but the couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable queen-size double bed for two more people. There is also a yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available for shared use, which is ideal for yoga, meditation and punching bag training. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

Family-friendly apartments in the Hallertau region (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping options and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, there are bicycles, toys, table tennis, a table football set and an outdoor play area available. Double room 1 (Meixner vacation home)

Our guest house is located in a sunny southern slope. After elaborate renovation, there are two lovingly furnished rooms, a modern apartment and a charming apartment. The spacious rooms all have a balcony. We are happy to welcome you as our guests. Important information: In 2025/2026, a residential building will be built on the neighboring property. The shell of the building will be completed in 2025; the interior will be finished in 2026. It can therefore cause construction noise.

The modern, bright attic apartment is quiet and sunny on the outskirts of Dietfurt. There is a spacious kitchen-living room , 1 bedroom and daylight bathroom with corner tub and balcony with seating. "Digital Detox" is top of mind with us (conscious waiver of wifi). The apartment has a wired connection. A car parking is right in front of the house. A public playground is right across the street from the property. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pet-free.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

City-close apartment by the park

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

This light-filled apartment is located on the top floor of our building (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m2, offers plenty of space to stay. You can sit on the large loggia in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and a dryer can also be used in the basement.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the more than 300 years old, lovingly restored house. The floors with natural stone and wooden floorboards are well-equipped with underfloor heating, even for the cold season. All spaces have several windows, which can be darkened in the sleeping rooms.
