The spacious rooms all have a balcony. We are happy to welcome you as our guests. Important information: In 2025/2026, a residential building will be built on the neighboring property. The shell of the building will be completed in 2025; the interior will be finished in 2026. It can therefore cause construction noise.

The apartment with a spacious balcony was newly built in 2018 in the center of the village, is accessible by elevator and is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living/dining area. We provide towels and bed linens for your stay. The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a separate lockable storage room.

On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.
