Perfect for singles/couples (no children sorry) wanting to explore Cambridge, or make a base for day trips to all the surrounding areas – beaches, tourist attractions, cycling and more. We are a 20-25 min walk (5 min drive) to Cambridge town. Cambridge is the jewel of the Waikato and has a wonderful high street of shops, cafes and restaurants. Come explore or rest!

Hot water via gas califont , flushing toilet , solar power , fridge , unlimited WiFi. Note : cabins location requires travelling down a farm track. If track is wet , we offer a vehicle for transportation down to the location.

In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Although small our place is cozy, with a comfortable bed, wifi & Netflix, cooking facilities and utensils, with all the views of the Kaimai that one could want. Centrally located, it’s a 500m walk to the centre of Matamata and all it has to offer. Tom Grant Drive and Centennial Drive nearby park-like walks shared by all. The beds are a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge is available for use as well. Easily accessed via ramp, the space is private and spacious. A simple breakfast of toast, cereal and hot drinks is provided. A separate deck and fenced yard provides for further enjoyment or secure parking for trailers.

Also perfect for anyone attending events at Lake Karapiro with the Lake side being just 12 minutes away. 14 minutes to the centre of Cambridge and 30 minutes to Mystery Creek.

Rolling Views Vintage Retreat, for 2 adults only, a rustic old style accommodation, is an 8-minute drive from Hobbiton and Matamata. This relaxing setting has amazing rural views,, sheep, ducks, birds, fish and turtles. A full breakfast with fruit is provided. Have a romantic evening under the stars in an outdoor Spa Pool at extra cost of $10/person to use once or $15/person to use multiple times. The spa pool is available on request with 24 hours notice.
