Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Richmond

As soon as we walked into Chambls we felt at home and ready to start our Tassie adventure. The view from the shack was just incredible and we couldn’t wait to go and explore the beach just metres from our door. This place oozed charm and was everything we expected it to be. Thank you so much x

Nichola's place is clean and beautiful and has everything you need - really, everything plus extras. Nice little touches too such as some complimentary breakfast items, chocolates and biscuits. It also has a beautiful view that I really loved waking up to. We are afraid of the cold so was really happy that this place has sufficient heating. One thing to note - be prepared with groceries. The cafe/restaurants around here (already limited) has very limited operating days and hours. Many open Thurs to Sun and operates during meal times only.

Amazing stay! Beautiful place with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The outdoor bath is a delightful bonus. Great location, very walkable. The host is super friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

The bush setting , the water views, the design and fit out are all top notch . Private and tranquil . We appreciated the expresso coffee machine ( and local beans in generous supply ) and other welcoming touches . Everything has been thought of in this immaculately presented house . A truly unique place in stunning surroundings. Very conveniently located near MONA and the wildlife sanctuary with a couple of lovely wineries nearby. The comments from previous guests are accurate - one large living area so suitable for a family.

We loved Sophie’s place, it exceeded expectations and was everything it claimed and just so relaxing. Sophie was very helpful and if we ever stay on Bruny again it will definitely be here! Thank you so much

Petra and Wayne’s place is immaculate. The cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever booked. Tasteful, warm and comfortable furnishings with a lovely garden outlook and beautiful views to the river. They are friendly, responsive and helpful and also respectful of space and privacy for their guests. The apartment is a 20 min walk downhill to the city. The walk home is steep but a quick uber or taxi solves that problem. We would definitely stay again, loved it.

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

I loved staying at Deanna's gorgeous studio. It was the perfect bolt-hole from which to explore Hobart. I really lucked out and would definitely rebook. It's so close to the centre of the city, but you feel just far enough away to feel like you're experiencing every day Hobart. It was a short walk to the local cafe, and also supermarket etc. My favourite aspect is the view of the mountain from everywhere you look in New Town. Thanks for having me Deanna!

I stayed at Tom and Pam's for business reasons - it was easy walking to one site and the bus stop was 30 seconds away for bus commutes. Tom was very responsive to my needs. The apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler, good cooking facilities and general amenities. Loved the serene gardens, great after a busy day or an easy walk to the beach as well.

Peter’s place was a beautiful oasis that allowed us to explore Hobart and surrounds easily. Parking was convenient. It was clean and comfortable and warm in winter. The view from the outdoor seating of the city is stunning. We were able to cook meals by using the bbq and appreciated the breakfast staples and wine Peter left for us. Peter was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The place was very clean and comfortable and nice to relax after all day exploring Hobart. We were also able to check in early which is a bonus! James have been great! Highly recommend this place

Such a fantastic spot! You couldn’t ask for a better spot to stay if you’re visiting Kingston, Hobart, or the Huon. I’m sure it would be a top tier location in summer, too - right by the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

Great little stay if you’re looking for somewhere just out of the city centre, felt very private even though it was on a shared property. Had everything I needed

An amazing location and spot, the hosts were attentive and the room was spotless and adorably homely! Not to mention the amazing views, sad we didn’t book for longer! Definitely will be back next time.
