Świetne, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, z pieknym widokiem. W rzeczywistości jest wieksze niz na zdjęciach. Bardzo czysto, mieszkanie jest zadbane i przytulne. Najlepiej dotrzec do niego samochodem, ale pieszo tez nie jest najgorzej. Zeby dotrzec do przystanku aquasanta trzeba przejść tunelem pod ulicą, skad autobus zabiera nas do samego centrum. Raffaella szybko odpowiada na wiadomosci, a zameldownie bardzo sprawne. Bardzo polecam!

L'alloggio di Felice è molto piacevole. In paese, vicino a tutti i servizi, ma nello stesso tempo gode di riservatezza e silenzio dando verso il bosco da cui proviene il rumore del fiume e uccellini. C'è tutto l'essenziale per passare le giornate in paese come anche per girare le zone limitrofe: 5 terre ed entroterra. Felice è molto gentile e di facile comunicazione.

Merci encore quand Lorenzo ! L'appartement parfaitement situé : proche du centre ville et de la plage et à 15 minutes de la gare. L'accueil à été parfait, Lorenzo habite dans le même immeuble, il est disponible mais pas du tout intrusif. Appartement bien équipé pour ce que nous avions à faire, avec une terrasse très agréable.

Matteo was a brilliant host. Really friendly and gave us great recommendations. The location of the apartment is brilliant. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Also a short walk to the station. We loved exploring the nearby towns and our highlight was the hiking trail. So picturesque! We hope to return one day. Thank you Matteo!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Lerici. La communication et la flexibilité étaient super. Merci aussi pour l'attention à notre bébé, lit et chaise haute, très apprécié.

After having some issues getting a bus to the accommodation, Arturo kindly picked us up when we arrived in La Spezia and took us to the accomodation. He then went through the house tour and everything there is to do and see in La Spezia with very good recommendations of restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding areas. He was also very welcoming and pleasant to converse with. The house had everything we needed and was very clean with a comfortable bed and lovely alfresco. The view from this house was incredible and I could not recommend Arturo and this accomodation enough. Definitely helped us ease into our trip. Lastly, Arturo drove us to our next bus which made it more easier for us and we greatly appreciated it.

La casa di Giacomo ci ha regalato un weekend di pace e tranquillità. Immersa nel verde, a circa 10 minuti di auto da Moneglia, è perfetta per una coppia che vuole godersi un momento di pace. Pulizia impeccabile e host proattivo nelle comunicazioni.

Massimo and Brunella are wonderful hosts! The minute we met them it felt like we have known them for years. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, and has a fabulous outdoor space. We felt that Massimo really cared about us and did the utmost to make us feel at home. We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing due to Massimo's splendid hospitality. Highly recommended!!

Luogo da sogno. Se si cerca pace e bellezza non ci sono paragoni: l'isola di Palmaria, specie la sera, è un'oasi di pace molto speciale. Vicina ma staccata dalla terraferma, molto romantica. La casa di Manuela è piccola, compatta e perfetta per esplorare...La sorella di Manuela che ha una casa proprio a fianco, è stata gentilissima e ospitale, spiegandoci la storia della casa e i molti segreti dell'isola. Consigliato per famiglie o spiriti soliitari e curiosi!

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Fabrizia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus, und hat von den Schlafzimmern aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Der Garten ist phantastisch, vor allem um gemütlich zu kochen und die Abende zu genießen. Vielen Dank!

Santa Lucia hat eine wunderbare Lage in den Bergen. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön - aus den Bergen der Region schaut man auf das Meer am Horizont. Von Santa Lucia können mit dem Auto weitere größere Städte und auch der Strand erreicht werden. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten bietet mehrere Möglichkeiten, um zu sitzen, in der Sonne zu liegen oder im Freien zu essen und dabei die Aussicht zu genießen. Gloria war eine tolle, offene und sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Casa Gloria ein Höhepunkt unserer Reise durch die Toskana. Wir kommen wieder, um dieses Fleckchen Erde noch einmal genießen zu können.

We had a great stay!! The communication between the owner and us was 10/10. We felt safe in the location and it was just a short walk from the center of Rapallo.

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Sylvester dort… Das kleine ligurische Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung… es ist schön, aber etwas eng und die steile Treppe mitunter lästig. .. Leider ist auch der Parkplatz etwas entfernt und auch in der Wintersaison recht voll. Roberta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns persönlich sehr herzlich mit zahlreichen Präsenten begrüßt und sich viel Zeit für unsere Einweisung genommen. Auch als es später abends Probleme mit dem Wasser gab, hat sie sich sofort eingesetzt und das Problem kurzfristig behoben… Herzlichen Dank an Roberta für ihre freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung und für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch wenn der Strand etwas entfern ist, ist das Haus eine Perle! Wir wünschen alles Gute für das Neue Jahr! Gabi und Falko

C’est un logement idéal pour aller découvrir les Cinque Terre. Avec ascenseur ;-)) Claudio et sa femme sont super sympathique et il y a des petites choses de bienvenue. Il ne faut pas hésiter à leur poser des questions. Ils connaissent très bien leur région. Conseils: il vaut mieux aller prendre le train à Sestri Levanto à 5 km. (hors saison, on trouve facilement des places de parking gratuites. Mais il faut bien se renseigner pour ne pas se tromper! Et de là, prendre un train Régional (R) ou Régional Veloce (RV) Prendre un billet de 3 jours est une bonne option. On peut se baigner facilement à Monterosso où il y a même une douche à la première plage gratuite! Ce sont toutes des perles rares avec de magnifiques ruelles et des paysages de cartes postales. On peut facilement en faire 2 en un jour. On peut aussi faire un très joli trajet à pied de Manarola à Riomaggiore, mais c’est payant! Les autres chemins ne sont pas toujours praticables! (Fermés pour certains)

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Matteo. Nous avons eu le meilleur accueil de tout notre séjour en Italie: nous avons eu une arrivée tardive (21h30) et c'est la mère et le père de Matteo qui nous ont fait visiter le logement en nous expliquant comment tout fonctionnait. Mieux encore : nous avions tout le nécessaire pour nous faire notre premier souper et petit-déjeuné. C'était vraiment le highlight de notre séjour. C'est également très près de tout, environ 10 minutes de marche de la gare, des épiceries, des restaurants, etc. Nous avons eu un petit pépin et Matteo a appeler sa mère qui est arrivée en moins de 5 minutes. WoW, ça c'est du service :)! Voici une liste rapide de nos impressions. Pros : - Accueil incroyable +++ - Air climatisée dans tout le logement - Cuisine très fonctionnelle - Très spacieux - Accessible partout à la marche Cons : - la porte de la douche devra peut-être être réparée. C'est le Airbnb qui nous fait réellement sentir "home away from home"! Merci ++++

Merci Grazia pour votre accueil et vos bons conseils qui nous ont permis de découvrir d'autres pépites aux alentours des Cinque Terre et de La Spezia. Le logement est confortable et agréable, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. La place de stationnement est un vrai plus pour le confort du séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement où la gare, les bus, le port sont facilement accessibles et permettent de découvrir cette belle région. Grazie mille !

Simply a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is beautifully situated with stunning views of the bay. It is exactly as it looks in the photos! Luca was an exceptional host - extremely helpful and responsive, there is nothing he could have done better. The property is well appointed and a tranquil refuge on this stunning coastline. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be back!

Cozy and pristine apartment has absolutely everything you need for relaxing vacation. With breathtaking view, especially during sunrise. Having free parking outside is an advantage for those who travel by a car. The location is perfect for exploring nearby villages of Cinque Terre. Davide’s instructions made check-in and check-out easy and fast.

Christian, nuestro anfitrión, se portó muy bien, siempre atento a nuestras necesidades, incluso nos llevó a Porto Venero en su vehículo. Realmente fue una grata estadía, con todas nuestras necesidades cubiertas. Muy cercano al centro de La Spezia y en un barrio bellos. seguro y cercano al centro de la ciudad. Muy recomendable

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en amoureux à La Spezia ! Le logement était impeccable, confortable et décoré avec soin — parfait pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la gare. Stefania a été d’une grande gentillesse, très disponible et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour profiter au mieux de la région. Grâce à elle, notre escapade a été encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
