Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Riccò del Golfo di Spezia

We had a very pleasant stay at this clean, cozy, and well-furnished house in a quiet village. The garden was lovely and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The location worked well for us — close to Cinque Terre, La Spezia, and Porto Venere, and we even managed a day trip to Portofino. Giordano was friendly, very helpful, and gave us some useful local tips. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the area. We’d be happy to come back and would recommend it to others.

Antonellas place is the best! We particularly enjoyed the rooftop patio overlooking the coast. We weren’t sure which town to stay in when we booked but ended up being so glad we chose Corniglia- each Cinque Terre village gets busy and crowded during the day, but Corniglia in particular gets so quiet and peaceful after all the crowds leave. It was so relaxing!! Thank you Antonella!!

We spent a wonderful week with four adults and two babies in the beautiful accommodation. The house is very cozy, the garden beautiful and spacious, the view fabulous and the tranquility a pleasure. We were very warmly welcomed and communication was very fast and helpful throughout the stay - also regarding tips for restaurants or excursion destinations. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much!

Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights, would have liked to stay longer. The communication was great and the apartment was beautiful and had everything you need. A private covered parking space and a small terrace all to yourself. We received very helpful tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!!

Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

Nice and clean apartment. Maurizio was very friendly and helpful. Big parking lot close by that was free. Bus stop and grocery shop (Lidl) close by. The only negative thing was that there was no windows (not really a problem because we had AC) and that there was many mosquitos on the terrace in the evening wich made us not use it that much. But all in all a great place ☺️

second time staying here and super grateful to have been able to enjoy a peaceful week in these incomparable surroundings. if you like walking and being close to nature this place is amazing. great patio to enjoy the fantastic panorama. I did many hours of work there at the computer and with warm sunny weather it made for an amazing spot to write/work in. the sentiero azzurro and further trails in the area are so beautiful. it is invigorating and refreshing to walk here. kitchen is compact but does the job nicely cooking for two. shops and eateries half an hour (I walk quite quickly) away in Vernazza or Corniglia. hope to come back soon. thank you Aranit, Pier Paolo and Mirjan!

We stayed at Greta’s Airbnb in 2023 and couldn’t wait to return - booking her place again this year was a no-brainer! The location is absolutely perfect, and the view is, without a doubt, the most breathtaking I’ve ever seen. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need (even mosquito spray)! Greta was a wonderful host, allowing us to check in early to store our luggage and sharing personalized recommendations to make our stay even better. We especially loved watching the sunset and the fireflies dancing in the garden below. It was another perfect visit - our only regret is not staying longer! We will be back soon!

We stayed at Erica's for a "stopover" during a longer trip. We had a great time, the accommodation was nice, modern, very clean, we would have liked to give 6 stars out of 5 to the bathroom and, above all, to the shower! If we were to return to the area, we would definitely consider it.

We really enjoyed our stay in La Spezia. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable. Everything is as described. You can easily walk to bus line 3 and the train station, but it is also possible to walk to the city centre. Thank you very much for the useful tips from Alessia. In particular, we would never have found the Pizza Da Pipeo. A real insider tip!

We had an amazing 3-night stay, we are a family of 5 with 3 adult children. The space worked out great for us and the location was amazing. It felt like it was right out of a movie set! I would recommend this to everyone! Thanks for adding to our amazing European family vacation. Thanks Joe

We had such an amazing stay at Cristiana's apartment. I could not have asked for a more beautiful view, and the apartment was just the perfect size and had everything we needed. We are so glad we chose to stay in Corniglia, it was a bit quieter than the other towns, but was easy to get around to see all of the Cinque Terre by train. It was a very peaceful and relaxing setting. Plenty of restaurants, and things to do. The hiking trails are right outside the apartment, and they were spectacular! We can't wait to come back!

Maurizio is an awesome host: responsive, friendly, informative. He met us at the apartment and gave us information and local recommendations for hiking and dining. Amazing views of Manarola, the terraces, and the sea. He provides everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. We were there 3 days and would return. Recommended!

Roberto's place was wonderful! He was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. When reviewers say it is a lot of steps, it is not an understatement! When you leave for the day, you want to be sure you have everything you need - you're not going to run back up real quickly! That being said, the view is worth every step! Also, I am in my 50s, my 21 year old daughter didn't mind the steps so much! ;) Additionally, Roberto helped bring up my luggage. The place is smaller than I expected, but still worked perfectly for myself and my daughter - you're not there to hang out inside - and the outdoor spaces were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

All was perfect! What I liked the most was the location. Close to the city center and the sea. You can arrive in some minutes by walk. Inside of the house was modern and clean. We enjoyed a lot!

Stefano was an incredible host! The location is ideal - walking distance to the train station in Riomaggiore for exploration of the other Cinque Terre towns, the Via dell’Amore, as well as to the marina. His communication is perfect - open with recommendations for restaurants and activities and quick responses to questions. He truly wants to make sure you have an incredible time exploring this special region of Italy. So many thoughtful touches - no need to worry about breakfast, as he’s got eggs and focaccia stocked! Nor chargers if you forgot yours, as there’s every one available. There’s laundry for after your hikes, and wine or limoncello to toast to la dolce vita. The apartment is very spacious, terrace expansive with gorgeous views, and Wifi fast. We appreciated him meeting us in person to go through everything. It was that extra touch that made the difference. If we’re ever fortunate enough to return, we’ll always come here first. Would highly recommend to others!

We had a great time in this beautiful area. Lucia is a very welcoming, caring and interactive host. Her apartment was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. In addition, small touches were left there (water bottles, breakfast, ...). The accommodation on the heights of La Spezia allowed you to have a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. However, to get there, you have to cross 150 steps. Knowing so much for people with mobility difficulties. Luckily, Lucia picks up vacationers near the station to ride the luggage by car. This one is located not far from the apartment (5-10 min. walk) and makes it easy to reach the Cinque Terre and other cities.

Carla was a excellent host, very responsive with excellent recommendations. We felt safe with easy access to everything. The apartment had everything we wanted: out door space, AC, washer and fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the evenings at the apartment. i would highly recommend. We had a fabulous time!
