Great, well-equipped apartment, with a beautiful view. In fact, it is larger than in the pictures. Very clean, the apartment is well-maintained and cozy. It is best to reach it by car, but it is also not bad on foot. To get to the aquasanta stop, you have to go through the tunnel under the street, from where the bus takes us to the very center. Raffaella responds quickly to messages, and the check-in is very efficient. I highly recommend it!

Felice's place is very nice. In the village, close to all amenities, but at the same time it enjoys privacy and silence, giving towards the forest from which the noise of the river and birds comes. There is all the essentials to spend your days in the village as well as to walk around the surrounding areas: 5 Terre and hinterland. Felice is very kind and easy to communicate.

A real home from home. Lorenzo is a great host. Very helpful and cheerful. Levanto itself is delightful and it’s so easy to hop on the train to explore the Cinque Terre.

Matteo was a brilliant host. Really friendly and gave us great recommendations. The location of the apartment is brilliant. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Also a short walk to the station. We loved exploring the nearby towns and our highlight was the hiking trail. So picturesque! We hope to return one day. Thank you Matteo!

After having some issues getting a bus to the accommodation, Arturo kindly picked us up when we arrived in La Spezia and took us to the accomodation. He then went through the house tour and everything there is to do and see in La Spezia with very good recommendations of restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding areas. He was also very welcoming and pleasant to converse with. The house had everything we needed and was very clean with a comfortable bed and lovely alfresco. The view from this house was incredible and I could not recommend Arturo and this accomodation enough. Definitely helped us ease into our trip. Lastly, Arturo drove us to our next bus which made it more easier for us and we greatly appreciated it.

Giacomo's house gave us a weekend of peace and tranquility. Surrounded by greenery, about 10 minutes by car from Moneglia, it is perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy a moment of peace. Impeccable cleanliness and proactive host in communications.

Massimo and Brunella are wonderful hosts! The minute we met them it felt like we have known them for years. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, and has a fabulous outdoor space. We felt that Massimo really cared about us and did the utmost to make us feel at home. We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing due to Massimo's splendid hospitality. A dream location. If you are looking for peace and beauty, there is no comparison: the island of Palmaria, especially in the evening, is a very special oasis of peace. Close but detached from the mainland, very romantic. Manuela's house is small, compact and perfect for exploring... Manuela's sister, who has a house right next door, was very kind and hospitable, explaining the history of the house and the many secrets of the island. Recommended for families or solitary and curious spirits!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro was always super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Fabrizia is an amazing host. You feel comfortable in the house, and have a beautiful view from the bedrooms! The garden is fantastic, especially to cook comfortably and enjoy the evenings. Thanks a lot!

Gloria's home was delightful! With a picturesque hill town outside the bedroom window, well-maintained gardens amongst the olive trees, and a delicious restaurant, this was a peaceful location for a vacation. Gloria was quick to communicate when we had questions and provided a flexible check-in/out when our travel plans changed. It was a great place to spend a few nights.

We had a great stay!! The communication between the owner and us was 10/10. We felt safe in the location and it was just a short walk from the center of Rapallo.

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. It's an ideal place to stay to discover the Cinque Terre. With elevator ;-)) Claudio and his wife are super friendly and there are little welcome things. Don't hesitate to ask them questions. They know their area very well. Tips: it is better to take the train to Sestri Levanto 5 km away. (off-season, you can easily find free parking spaces. But you have to be well informed so as not to make mistakes! And from there, take a Regional (R) or Regional Veloce (RV) train A 3-day ticket is a good option. You can easily swim in Monterosso where there is even a shower at the first free beach! These are all rare gems with beautiful alleys and postcard landscapes. You can easily do 2 in a day. You can also take a very nice walk from Manarola to Riomaggiore, but it's worth it! The other paths are not always passable! (Closed for some)

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

Simply a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is beautifully situated with stunning views of the bay. It is exactly as it looks in the photos! Luca was an exceptional host - extremely helpful and responsive, there is nothing he could have done better. The property is well appointed and a tranquil refuge on this stunning coastline. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be back!

Cozy and pristine apartment has absolutely everything you need for relaxing vacation. With breathtaking view, especially during sunrise. Having free parking outside is an advantage for those who travel by a car. The location is perfect for exploring nearby villages of Cinque Terre. Davide’s instructions made check-in and check-out easy and fast.

Christian, our host, was very well behaved, always attentive to our needs, even took us to Porto Venero in his vehicle. It was really a pleasant stay, with all our needs covered. Very close to downtown La Spezia and in a beautiful neighborhood. safe and close to downtown. Highly recommended

As others reviews mentioned, follow Google maps can be a little confusing, after text Stefania she send us some pictures and we can find the place. 15 minutes walking from La Spezia Centrale, but if you want to go to the City Center you have to walk that 15 minutes down and up again. For the rest, the apartament Is pretty good, Stefania Is very nice.
