Monthly Rentals in Riber

We loved staying at Caroline's! We (family of 4 with a 7yo & 1yo) stayed with friends (2 adults & 2yo + dog) for a long weekend. The house was beautiful inside and out- even better than the description and photos! It was clean, with a well-stocked Kitchen (cafetiere, scissors, peeler), and Caroline had even left us some biscuits. The girls had a great time playing in the garden and with Maddie (Caroline's dog) who would make regular appearances. Caroline was so friendly and even made some recommendations for walks. The cows in the field nearby were a great distraction for the girls too. Our youngest kids were a bit small to go for long walks but there were still plenty of shorter walks and playgrounds nearby plus a garden centre with soft play. We had a lovely, lovely time! Caroline didn't forget any little touches, like cushions for the outdoor chairs and TV with Sky etc.

We had an amazing few days, friendly welcoming hosts. The place was absolutely spotless, couldn’t fault it. We were left lots of welcoming products, like homemade cake, milk, eggs, butter etc They had thought of everything we could possibly need to make our stay home to home, one of the best we’ve stayed at 🥰 Highly recommend and would definitely return. Charming accomodation with stunning views and the perfect set-up for you and your pup! We had a wonderful time staying in the Annex. Melissa and Steve were so friendly and even treated us to some vegan goodies when we arrived (after thoughtfully checking our doetary requirements ahead of time). They shared plenty of helpful recommendations - including a wonderful hike around Black Rocks and a tranquil canal. Plenty of dog friendly activites a short drive away and excellent walks from the doorstep. Thorouhly recommend the Annex as a base to explore the Peaks and Derbyshire Dales.

Cute cottage made to feel really homely and welcoming with pictures, blankets and nik naks. Wonderfully peaceful tucked away in the countryside. Matlock and Bakewell and all the fantastic scenery in easy driving distance. Anna was really friendly when she popped in to say hi and check all was ok.
