Holiday home in the heart of the medieval town of Ribe and overlooking Ribe Cathedral, this conservation-worthy, renovated farmhouse with its own enclosed garden and a lovely large terrace is for rent. On the ground floor, there is a toilet with shower and washing machine as well as a large living room with open connection to the kitchen, which contains everything in white goods. On the 1st floor, there are 2 lovely double rooms (1st with a baby bed) as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Possibility to see the black sun in September and October

This unique cottage is located on the idyllic Wadden Sea island of Rømø. The house is located on a hilly natural plot with 180-degree panoramic views of meadows facing Rømø's wide, white beaches. The house sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) and has a sauna. The house is bright and friendly and has a nice view to the west. The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes away, the nearest supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome here!

Sommerhuset ligger ud til en skøn naturgrund, hvor man fra stuen/terrassen ofte kan se rådyr og egern og samtidig er der under 200 m til svømmehal, indkøb og legeplads. On a beautiful natural plot, set back from the road, lies our cozy cottage. Modernized with new kitchen, bathroom, roof and facade. In addition, there is a wooden terrace facing both south and west, so you can enjoy the morning sun, the midday sun and the evening sun. The house has a heat pump that can easily keep the house warm. There's also a wood-burning stove as a supplement. (Bring your own firewood or buy it on the island) There is also a Chromecast for the television.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.

The cottage is located in the shelter of the trees, in the middle of a large protected area with a rich animal and bird life. From the living room window, you can often see deer, foxes and eagles.
