It is located in a quiet residential area in the countryside - ideal for hiking, biking, golfing and relaxing. Cologne, Leverkusen and Düsseldorf are just around the corner for shopping and culture. The Cologne trade fair is also easy to reach from here. There is parking in front of the house.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

A car is absolutely necessary for visiting restaurants or shopping, as nothing is within walking distance. On the extensive property there is a second, permanently inhabited house. In summer you can have breakfast on the terrace or cool your feet in the stream – pure relaxation in the green.

A massive beech tree is an integral part of the terrace and rises from there over 30 meters into the air. From every window you have the feeling you are part of the forest. All the more beautiful is the cozy feeling inside the 30-square-meter and top modern tree house.
