Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rheinfelden

We had a brilliant stay. The house was perfectly sized for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. The hot tub was huge and was really relaxing after a long day out visiting local towns and cities. The place was peaceful and relaxing and although in close proximity to the owners house, it felt private and non intrusive. The house is perfectly based for visits to the Black Forest and exploring Alsace which we have enjoyed. Very clean, air conditioning and beautiful surroundings. Would recommend and would stay again.

We loved our stay here. The house was incredible, as pictured with enough room for our party of 8 including 5 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, and 1 baby. The ability to request a pack and play for infant and toys for my toddler was a game changer. The space was thoughtful and enough room for everyone to relax. The town is very quiet and sweet. You can easily walk to Migros and local restaurants. It was perfect for day trips to Thun, Lucerne, Bern, Zurich. It was the perfect landing spot for our group. Laundry is always a plus! Just a couple notes if you have kiddos and plan to do all public transportation, (not a big deal if you have a car but we didn't want to travel with car seats): the home is all tile throughout, not a lot of space to roll around if you have crawling babe etc. The house was absolutely walkable with a stroller from bus stations but don't follow google maps on the 345 bus stop, it'll take a shortcut up to the house that is all stairs. Take the 346 bus instead.

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.

The house is very nice, in a quiet area 3 km from the village of Lenzkirch where you can find all the services (supermarket, pharmacy...). The house is well furnished and with all the comforts and accessories. We had a great time.. it is also a perfect home for a stay with a two-year-old child, with a safe garden and a few passing cars. Recommended!

If the opportunity arises, we will return to your accommodation with our little bear. Everything was perfect, better than at the hotel. Large apartment with all the required functions. Animals (small dog) free, very rare.

I had a comfortable and very uncomplicated stay. Anke was very friendly and efficient. Perfect walking distance for everything I wanted to do. I needed a quiet place to work, and the flat was perfect for it.

This is the second time I have visited Thomas, and it is always a pleasure to find the calm of this hut in which we feel good. Ideal for relaxing and spending time peacefully. Thomas is a very friendly, responsive host and communication is very clear.

We had a great family stay in Claudia's apartment! The environment and the proximity to nature and horses really invite you to relax. Our son was able to see and touch the beautiful horses, he was delighted! We were pleasantly surprised to find that our host spoke French very well, which made our exchanges easier. Great location in the middle of nature with a wonderful distant view. Super nice, personal hosts, extremely helpful and communicative. The apartment is very nice, equipped with everything necessary, very clean and comfortable, great spacious modern bathroom and good kitchen. Very large terrace for breakfast and relaxation. We felt really comfortable from the first minute. The location is ideal for excursions to the mountainous surroundings, as well as to the surrounding cities worth seeing. When we come back to the area, which we definitely plan to do, we will definitely stay in this enchanting apartment.

We stayed at Ferienhaus Lilie for 4 days in June, and it was a great experience. The house was comfortable, clean and cool (air temperature indoors), the nearby playground with bunnies was great for our kids, and the area was nice for walks / hikes. We went to Wutachschlucht for hiking, Bonndorf for a walk in a Japanese garden / Schloßgarten, shopping and good lunch, and Tatzmania wild park for fun time with the family. Would highly recommend this place for a vacation!

Our stay was comfortable. Its a calm, beautiful and picturesque location. The place had all the amenities mentioned, and was very clean. Claudia was very friendly , responsive and explained to us all the details. Overall, we had a nice time.

When I first booked this accommodation, I made several change requests due to a mistake in the number of people, but I was so grateful that you resolved everything so kindly. The accommodation was in the village, so it was very peaceful and comfortable. It's convenient to take the tram to Basel Station. Overall, it's okay for the price.👍

The place is great for short or long stays - it has everything you need and more. The apartment was exceptionally clean as well. There are nice walking routes in the vicinity along the fields or the river. The bus to Olten is just 5min away, which is a huge bonus. Monika is the most thoughtful and welcoming host we have had. She was always available if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and you sure will too!

Good place to stay, extremely clean, very calm despite the train line right beside. The interior air is not well-renewed and the food smell keeps staying inside but it’s not a problem. The pool is nice. I recommend this place to everybody.

We spent wonderful and relaxing days in Ungersheim. The apartment is very nicely decorated, cozy and the kitchen is superbly equipped. In addition, the parking space right in front of it and it was also very clean. We were warmly welcomed, Jacques explained everything to us in perfect German. In short, we and our two dogs felt very comfortable and we recommend the place 100%.

We were excited by every detail: the garden is a real haven of peace, we were immediately seduced by your friendly dog and the pond with his impressive carp was just fascinating - a pleasure for the eyes. Your exceptional cordiality and hospitality have made our stay even more special. The Friday BBQ evening was a real highlight - we really enjoyed it! The house is remarkably well-equipped and we did not lack anything. We are returning home with great memories in our luggage and are already looking forward to seeing them again.

Régine is super friendly and uncomplicated. The apartment is in a nice, quite, safe neighborhood. The garden is lovely and the pool was amazing on a hot 36 degree day. The air conditioning was great. A bakery is a few minutes away by foot. Highly recommended! Merci!

Franziska was a fabulous host. Very welcoming and really responsive to queries and advice before we arrived. There was food provided for breakfast and dinner (although we ate out in the evenings) and coffee, tea and biscuits! Also toiletries in the bathroom- everything we could need. Also very convenient location as next to the train station with a 7min journey into Basel and a 2 min walk to tram also. Made our visit for Eurovision 2025 even more enjoyable! Thank you

Having enjoyed our first stay 3 years ago, we returned to La Grange à Hay and found everything we liked: warm welcome, comfortable cottage with swimming pool and large garden, ideal location to reach the Wine Route, Mulhouse or the Route des Crêtes... We highly recommend it!

We felt right at home, the apartment is superbly equipped and has a great view! Communication with Gebi & Werner worked out great, even though they were on holiday! Even a crib was provided to us! The house & garden are furnished with a lot of love! In the village, there is a village shop for rolls and the most necessary groceries and also a very nice inn.🤗 We would love to come back!
