The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. The apartment is located as an annex in a detached house and has a separate entrance.

Our little Eifel break is on the ground floor of the house and offers a super nice view of nature. The separate entrance and the 72 sqm of living space available are comfortably designed. Very close to the Kottenforst and the Madbach dam, which with their idyllic riding, hiking and cycling trails invite you to relaxing or sporting hours in nature.
