Holiday rentals with beach access in Reydon

We stayed here for 6 weeks whilst waiting to complete the purchase of our new home. It suited our purposes perfectly and we loved staying here within walking distance of the beach and right on top of all the local amenities in Kirkley.

Place was very clean, kitchen had all we needed . Had a great view of the seafront. We were comfortable and managed well. Andre was really helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. Thank you

Absolutely great location. Property to the rear of North Parade under the lighthouse. Literally a stones through from Adnams Brewery and 1 minute walk from the beach and promenade. Jane Elizabeth is a wonderful host. Thank you

We’ve visited Southwold many times normally in our motorhome. On this occasion we were with friends so decided to use an air B&B. We definitely made the right choice selecting “Port Side”.. with it having 2 double bedrooms both with en-suites. The accomodation was just as described….. spacious,comfortable and tasteful decor within a period property and with the added benefit of free parking. Would definitely use again…

Fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend. Spotlessly clean, lovely welcome left of wine and nibbles, great views and close to everything in beautiful Aldeburgh. Only comment would be that it would be good to have a slightly earlier check in as 4pm is quite late, but we do understand that cleaning from previous renters takes time. There are 2 lots of steps up to the apartment which might not suit anyone elderly or unfit. And the parking bays are a little tight so when all the apartments are full, it may cause issues.

A hidden gem, 3rd time back to this wonderful property. Excellent location and very comfortable to stay in, definite home away from home. Great communication from the host. Thanks Rosemary

This place is amazing. The apartment is cosy, the space is big and the bathroom and kitchen is beautiful. Perfect space and quiet. It’s private as well. It’s right opposite the sea. Right next to food places. About a 20 minutes drive to Great Yarmouth and 10 minutes to Africa Alive so was a perfect spot. There was lots of street parking directly outside the place. We absolutely loved our stay and Jane responded to our queries super quick. Would definitely be back and recommend to others.

We had a brilliant stay at Laurelie’s place. The house was lovely and had everything that we needed. Great location - very quick walk to the beach and the high street. Easy to park for free on the road just a few metre outside the property. We would highly recommend laurelie’s place and we are hoping to stay there again in the future.

Great find! Was really impressed with this place and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Had everything you could think of, even toys and games for children, as well as a complimentary basket of goodies for us when we arrived! We enjoyed the juke box the most and listened to lots of songs on there! The house fitted 7 of us comfortably and was very clean! Lee was very proactive and ensured we had a great stay - thank you!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Little Tern and we loved it just as much as the first time. Little Tern is a lovely property and perfect for us as just a ten minute walk to the beach. It is a homely property and has everything you need. It’s lovely and clean and plenty of space. Great bathrooms and great bedrooms. We can’t wait to come back again and stay.

We had a wonderful time at Emma’s place, the property was beautiful and in fact even better than the listing - the kitchen is done to a very high spec and was fantastic for our group. We thorough enjoyed our stay and it was made all the easier given the very responsive host and clear instructions, we were even lucky enough to be able to check in a little earlier than we thought which was a nice bonus. The location is very good, if you know Southwold you’ll know it can get so busy at times - the property is very close to the town centre but within minutes you’re back in the peace and quiet at the house. Ideal location for enjoying the town and even the harbour, a nice walk either way. The bathrooms have powerful hot showers which was also appreciated!

Just finished a very relaxing few days and it was everything we could have hoped for. Stunning view and so peaceful! Caravan had everything we needed. Spotless and clean. So sad to leave and am already wondering when I could next come and stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Sara.

Easy walking distance into the centre of town & beach. Property really clean and comfortable.

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

Lovely few days at Lucindas apartment. Clean ,well equipped ,tasteful interior, free parking outside, amazing view of the sea,great location !!

Had a lovely two night stay Annetta greated us and showed us around was very lovely, The place was beautiful and quite and very clean and had everything you needed and the hot tub was a added luxury, loved waking up and walking outside and seeing the horses. My partner feel in love with Daisey the cat she likes to come and greet u also 😀 We would definitely come and stay again 😀

this is a great little find in an ideal location, near to beach, shop, pub/restaurant, tea room and fish and chip shop. the accomodation was spotless and had loads of little extras like welcome pack, sauces, tea coffee salt pepper, jams butter, toiletries etc. it also had a small private back garden with multiple seating areas , we would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit Thankyou 😁

We had a lovely stay here at Great Yarmouth. The place was very new looking and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. Jane had put tea and coffee and milk in the kitchen for us which was very much appreciated. I’m hoping to return in August. I can highly recommend this place. Right near the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved it. We had a free parking space too.

Lovely large flat right in town and close to all amenities. Everything provided for a comfortable stay including good mattress and lots of cooking utensils. Much care has gone into the flat- thanks ...we'll visit again and recommend !

We had a lovely stay in Southwold. So much to do and see with lovely walking and restaurants and we had everything we needed in the cosy, well equipped stylish little flat. Location on high street was very convenient and quite quiet at the back where the bedroom & balcony is...apart from a few boisterous gulls :)
