We stayed at this property with 8 women for a ski weekend. Everything was right, good amenities, very cozy house, the landlady is super nice and helpful. Previous requests were answered promptly. From us 5 stars, we will be happy to come back!

Sabrina was a great host. They had a lovely place close to local villages and HochOetz ski area was just 5 minute drive. Will definitely visit again.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I will gladly come back. We stayed at the chalet for a few days. We enjoyed the time there. The place was very clean and you could relax nicely on the sofa or on the terrace after a busy day of hiking. From the chalet you can start some hikes. Otherwise, other places can also be reached quickly by car. There was even a bread service. You could let us know in the evening which rolls you want and in the morning they were outside the door.

Great place to stay with family or friends on a ski or summer vacation! If you want to rent a ski, it's right next door and the bus stop to the Hochötz or Kühtai ski resort is right around the corner, just great!

The place was great for us. There were four of us and we did a spontaneous ski weekend in Ötz and surroundings. For this, the cabin was super sufficient and had almost everything you needed. The description of the home was in line with reality. Parking was as great as the connection. The ski bus stop was, for example, only a few minutes' walk from the property.

When we arrived, we were welcomed very kindly and, above all, it is set in a very beautiful environment. The children enjoyed playing on the large lawn. Everything was very clean, including the bedding, which was more than enough for our family of ten to enjoy and be comfortable.

Lovely house in a lovely location. Nice space, nice bathroom and great bedrooms. You can walk on the slopes or into the forest to the waterfall.

The house is super nicely situated in the small and sleepy floor, a Nebental to the Lechtal. The last 11km are down a great road with great views. The room and rooms are very nicely and quaintly furnished. The kitchen could use some refreshment. But there is everything you need. Amenity inquiries will be answered very quickly. We are also happy to come back with more people.

We had a great stay at Carola’s beautiful chalet. Carola is a very welcoming and friendly host and it was always very easy to communicate with her. The chalet is new and luxuriously equipped. It is located in a quiet part of Ehrwald and it is easy from there to reach the centre of Ehrwald and the ski area either by car or with the local bus. The sauna is of course a big plus, allowing to unwind at the end of a ski day or a day touring the area. Outside the chalet there is a locker to leave our ski gears. Very convenient. We wish we could have stayed longer and continued to enjoy all that both the chalet and the area have to offer. We hope we can come back soon.

We spent a very nice weekend in a large group in the beautiful house. The large common area upstairs is ideally suited for many people. The rooms are beautiful and practical. Particularly noteworthy is the good equipment of the kitchen. An all-round successful stay - happy to come back!

Thorsten was a fantastic host and probably the best I have had. He was super communicative and even offered a pre-stay call to go through the chalet, area and local amenities. The property itself is beautiful and has a mix of traditional Austrian chalet and modern. It’s sits in a peaceful quiet village above Warth which is easily accessible within a 5 minute drive. The chalet was clean and had everything in it that we needed. We look forward to staying again.

Excellent house, with great views to the alps, great in-house amenities. Private Sauna was a nice plus, as well as the outdoor private jaccuzzi. They were also flexible in the last day with a checkout 1 hour later, which was very helpful for us. Only thing that bothered us was the extra towels charge. We honestly felt unfairly treated. They charged on top of the booking 16,90 euros per person for a towel set, but you are also not allowed to bring your own, therefore it is charged as an additional thing but in fact you have no choice. It is not about the money itself, but it feels wrong. All in all, great place, beautiful location and would gladly return.
