DAS ALPIENTE – Seit Januar 2017 vermieten wir eine sehr stilvolle, 100 qm große Erdgeschoss-Ferienwohnung in unserem Urlaubshaus in Sonthofen/Binswangen im Allgäu. Eine Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen – das besondere Ambiente in den Alpen. Traditionelle Elemente integrieren sich in eine moderne Formensprache, natürliche Materialien schaffen Gemütlichkeit, die hochwertige Ausstattung schenkt das gute Gefühl "zu Hause" zu sein. Romantische Gartenwohnung am Wildbach Halblech

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, sonnige Appartement mit eigenem Hauseingang ist in einem Siedlungshaus direkt am Halblech gelegen. Es hat 43 qm, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Tür getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich am besten für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die Kochnische ist mit 2 Induktions-Kochfeldern, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet. Parken ist auf dem Grundstück möglich.

Zum traumhaften Ausblick

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.
