Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Rethymno

House in a quiet area, a 5-minute drive from the center, with reserved parking and a small outdoor space. Perfectly furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It is a great solution for those who want to visit Chania and the beaches of the west coast about an hour and a half drive away.

We can’t say enough good things about the place. We are avid Airbnb users, and this has been one of the best. The view is spectacular and the photos of the rooms and property are identical to what you get. George is an extremely gracious host. His recommendations about tours and restaurants and places to grocery shop were extremely helpful. This was a milestone anniversary trip for us and we could not have had a better time.

What an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described (if not better in person) and the location could not have been better. Across the road from Nea Chora beach and all the beach-front bars/restaurants, a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Venetian harbour, and quiet at night. The plunge pool on the terrace was bigger than I thought from the photos and was a great bonus, especially for the kids. It was nice to have the option of the odd 'day off' from the beach and relax at the apartment. Dimitris was a brilliant host who was always available for any queries and even provided a nice 'welcome' basket in the fridge with fresh water and some local alcoholic tipples. All in all it was a wonderful holiday in Chania and I would 100% recommend this apartment.

Two things stood out from our visit. First, is the interaction Mr. Manolis, who is a very friendly and discrete individual. He provided us a lot of information, about local restaurants and activities, which we followed and were completely satisfied. Secondly the apartment is very cozy and spacious and it's location is very strategic because it is near to the town of Chania.

Very friendly welcome and nice explanations, we were allowed to leave our luggage during the day and got an apartment with great sea views. Loved it.

Great stay in this very functional apartment! Very nice terraces! You have the choice of sunny side or shady side! Sea view! Excellent communication with Nikos who does everything to make sure we have everything we need. Lots of small touches to have a good time (tsipouro coffee, etc.)The apartment is not far from the Venetian Port and the old town of Chania. We will keep fond memories of this stay! Thank you Nikos!

After 12 days we loved it. The apartment is very spacious for two people, but would also be sufficient for 4 people. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, as well as two bathrooms with a shower and toilet. However, the smaller of the bathrooms is tiny. At night it is absolutely quiet. Perfect WiFi. German TV, balcony sea view of the stunning sunsets, to the beach only 3 minutes. Perfect! Highlight is the solid construction quality of the modern house. You have your own stairwell to the 1st floor. The apartment has 4 balconies, in every direction. The various Alufenster and balcony doors have electric shutters and built-in mosquito repellent roller blinds, so you can leave them open at night. Touching is the contact with Sophia and her husband Ilias staying downstairs. The two speak good German and help with any questions. For rental, cleaning and towels, a local service provider is responsible, who often passes by and fulfills every wish.

Tidy and clean accommodation, the host provided us with fresh bread, juices and jam for breakfast as well as a very welcome fruit basket. He provided us with all the necessary information about the beaches and surroundings. Helpful and empathetic

Beautiful place, nice rooms and bathrooms! Good location for the beach and alnear some nice cafes and restaurants. Old town is easily accessible by drive. Manos was super helpful from start to end, even helping us wash our clothes as the washing machine was not working. Would definitely stay again!

Pure paradise! This villa has exceeded our expectations completely - our whole family have fallen in love with this place and cannot wait to return here. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the description was accurate. The surrounding was beautiful, and the place felt extremely safe. We enjoyed the balcony with a stunning view and all the amenities included. The place is easy to reach with a car, in a successful location.

The place was perfect for our requirement with lots of lovely things left for us and Ioanis was very good when we stupidly locked ourselves out. We would certainly recommend it to others and return ourselves if we came to Crete again.

We had a great 18 day stay here with the family. Would highly recommend Petros and his properties as he is a top tier host. Very responsive and attentive and has great recommendations. The property itself was very nice and clean. We took advantage of the 2 kitchens and the grill several times during our stay. One thing to keep in mind is the pool is not heated so if you are not used to that it may be a bit cold. It was low 70s while we were there so we didn't get to use the pool since it was too cold. I'd assume later in the summer it's probably more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is about a 20 minute walk to the old city center, and 10 minutes to the beach. There is a parking spot which makes traveling by car much easier. The place was clean and all equipment we needed was there.

Anna was a warm and welcoming host. She was very attentive and responsive, leaving lots of little touches around the apartment and booking transport for us on more than one occasion. The apartment was as pictured and described and in a perfect location. We would love to return and highly recommend Anna’s place!

What a fabulous apartment! The space was perfect for two and the little pool is a wonderful amenity - much needed if you are going to venture to Crete in July. It is on the doorstep of the old town, but still accessible by car/taxi. We had an excellent driver (Nikos) recommended by Ioannis who helped us throughout our time there. Thank you!!!

We had a great time in this spacious apartment in Rethymno. Elisavet and Michalis are lovely people and great hosts. Always there for you and they had a lot of Tips where to eat, what to see and how to get around. We stayed for 12 nights and had everything we needed. There is a Supermarket and a very good mini market with delicious vegetables and fruit just around the corner. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well equipped for 2 people. There is a small beach very close to the apartment which is perfect for short lunchbreak-swims, sunbathing and the most beautiful sunsets. The WiFi is very stable, we worked from the apartment and even videocalls were working great. The Terrasse is more like an additional room. Although the street is very busy, the view of the ocean is very calming. it is the perfect place to eat, work out, maditate, have a drink with friends, relax. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

Highly recommended, we were very warmly received. The location is perfect, the beach(es!) just a short walk away. It is near a busy street but it feels peaceful. we were a couple visiting and it was a perfect base to explore the West of Crete and Chania. There's a bus across the road and the buses are reliable. Emmanouil was a great host and incredibly welcoming.
