Cute townhouse near the Brecons, with lots of hiking nearby. Great place for a few friends or a family to base themselves near lots of beautiful hikes.

We loved our stay here! We are both very into walking and found a lovely waterfall walk close by, the views were amazing and recommendations by Paul were amazing! Paul was responsive and it was lovely to be greeted on arrival to a spotless hut!

Good value for money, plenty of space for our family of 4. We stayed with our 5 and 2 year old for a half term break. The town itself isn't that interesting, but it was within 20minutes of lots of nice things to do and see. There was a stair gate on the top bedroom (not pictured on the adverts) which meant we were happy for our 5 year old to spend the night up there without risk of falling down open stairs. He loved sleeping "in the roof"! Blackout blinds/curtains in all rooms, we brought our own portable one for the small room so it was super dark for the 2yo. Great kitchen for prepping quick meals, nice bathrooms and living areas. We bought our own fire stick so we could plug it in to the TV. The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for our liking but very much personal preference. Overall, it was exactly as described, spotless on arrival and great value for money for a family stay in the Brecon Beacons, thank you Lewis.

During our biking trip in Wales with another couple, Dafydd's charming cottage suited our group perfectly. It provided an excellent mix of privacy and shared spaces, with both bedrooms being completely separate, allowing each couple their own private retreat while still enjoying the communal areas together. The location was also convenient, with easy access to key spots like Brecon Beacons and Swansea, which made the experience even more enjoyable! I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!
